The below image is a 10 Year Historical Graph of sale prices in the Clark County Nevada housing market. As demonstrated by the graph, the substantial drop in average sale price that occurred during the economic bust has made small and steady incremental improvements since 2012. That being said, the housing recovery

that began early last year is continuing to gain momentum in 2013. The pricing appreciation of the past 18 months is not guaranteed to continue at the same rate. While inventory remains very low, it has shown signs of leveling out over the past month as prices and interest rates may be affecting the overall market.
