This is our most popular doser/ grinder. MDX is available with flat or conical burrs. MDX possess micrometric grinding burr adjustment and is comes in semi-automatic and automatic versions.
Mythos is a true instant doser/grinder! Mythos can help save you money by efficiently and consistently dosing coffee directly into your portafilter, not on your counter! This doser/grinder has 75mm titanium burrs. The new Barista software on the Mythos allows the barista to adjust any of the possible 3 doses from the keypad with a plus or minus button. It also has a start stop feature so that the barista can pull the portafilter half way through a dose and settle the grounds. When the portafilter is reengaged it will complete the dose. Allegro Coffee
Decaf Café Blend A blend of Latin American and Pacific Rim beans roasted to a hearty Vienna Roast-style to accentuate body and richness. It makes a wonderful afterdinner coffee and is a favorite with many fine restaurants. The beans were decaffeinated at the Mountain Water plant in Veracruz, Mexico using a natural carbon filter method. In the Mountain Water™ process, pre-selected green coffee beans are immersed in water which has soluble coffee compounds to extract the caffeine while maintaining the flavor components. To separate the caffeine from the water, the resulting solution is passed through a cellulose and activated charcoal filter, which removes the caffeine. As a result, these coffees are between 9799% caffeine free.
Café Blend This wonderful after dinner blend is a favorite with many fine restaurants. Roasted to a Vienna-style deep chestnut brown with oils just blooming on the beans. In our classic interpretation of this ancient blend we use generous amounts of exotic, fruit-tinged East African and Arabian coffees mixed with syrupy and spicy beans from Indonesia.
Organic Mexican Zaragoza Select The 21st of September cooperative is located in the mountainous southern state of Oaxaca. Our beans come from the village of Zaragoza which is the largest of 23 different Mixteca communities belonging to the co-op. The coffee here is grown under a canopy of shade intermixed with fruit trees and staple crops like corn, bananas, and beans.
