The Division of Behavioral & Organizational Sciences (DBOS) is a national leader in applied psychological science, preparing graduates in theoretical and practical psychology, evaluation, and human resource management. Our faculty and students conduct holistic and interdisciplinary research both in and outside of the classroom to improve the quality of human life. Students participate in research labs such as the Claremont Evaluation Center, Health Psychology & Prevention Science Institute, Quality of Life Research Center, and Institute for Research on Social Issues, among others. In addition, students participate in colloquia, talks, and workshops that expose them to cutting-edge research topics and practitioners in the field.
