The TetraDrop Tower represents an innovative architectural concept that defies convention by integrating four L-shaped components that gradually diminish in height as the building ascends. This unique design presents a dynamic and visually striking silhouette, creating a sense of evolution and fluidity within the urban landscape. Each L-shaped component accommodates various functionalities, such as residential, commercial, or recreational spaces.
The dropping of one L-shaped segment at predetermined intervals allows for the creation of distinct floor plans and spatial configurations on each level.
The reduction in the number of components as the tower ascends also facilitates the integration of open-air terraces or gardens, providing occupants with panoramic views and outdoor spaces.
The ground levels feature a grand atrium or a plaza, serving as a central gathering point and access to various services and amenities.

DESIGN 1
Design principles are the grammar / rules of design. They govern the relationships of the elements used and organize the composition as a whole.
Successful design incorporates the use of these principles and elements to serve the designer’s purpose and visual goals.
Exploration of the fundamental principles of architectural design through the creation of a simple cube. This project introduced me to key concepts such as scale, proportion, symmetry, and spatial organization, which form the basis of architectural composition.
