In the early days, when our Pune office was still finding its footing, we knew we wanted to nurture change into our community's future. That's how Saakar was born, in our shared belief that success means nothing if it doesn't lift others.
Giving Back To Society
has been a part of Extentia's DNA since our early days. It started with a simple idea: support the education of girls. We took pride in practicing corporate social responsibility long before it became a legal mandate in 2013, having started our initiatives back in 2002.
What makes us proudest are the quiet ripples our team creates in their own communities.
We see our colleagues spending weekends with elderly residents, organizing surprise appreciation events for municipal workers, and bringing sunshine to orphanages.
It's amazing how a simple moment of joy can build connections and brighten someone's day. That's what SAAKAR gently hopes to do – working alongside causes and communities to create those small moments that make our world just a bit warmer and friendlier.
Maybe that's what makes us smile the most - seeing how the spirit of giving gently weaves itself into every part of our lives.

One of the things we're particularly proud of is our ability to transform ordinary objects into conversation starters. Imagine: you're a client visiting our office, expecting perhaps a standard company pen, when suddenly you're handed a phantom cigarette with "think out of the box" printed on it.

Then there's our legendary Salesforce team and their infographic T-shirts at Dreamforce. While others were handing out business cards, our folks were literally wearing their tech credentials. It's amazing how many profound technical discussions started with "Hey, nice shirt!" That's classic us— turning apparel into appointments, fashion into features and functions.
Even our simplest tokens carried deeper meaning, each one a carefully chosen symbol of who we are.
Those shimmering 'girl power' badges told stories far beyond their sparkle. Each one reflected our dedication to breaking barriers and celebrating every unique voice at Extentia.

Oh, they were definitely not just toys. We'd hand them out with a grin, watching clients unconsciously start clicking them together during meetings.
