The wines of PERLAGE are the result of the vision of the Nardi family and its passion for organic viticulture. Since 1985 PERLAGE produces only organic wine, but it is known from all over the world for its Organic Prosecco and Sparkling wine. Today PERLAGE is recognized worldwide among the most important Italian Organic Sparkling Wineries and one of the few producers of organic wine in the Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG area. PERLAGE is recognized as well for its tradition and innovation in the production of its organic, and since 2004 also biodynamic wines.

Prosecco DOC "Zharpi" Treviso Brut Vegan (Prosecco) A clean and aromatic wine, with a fruity taste, in particular of green apples and citrus fruits. The fine bubbles account for a full, lightly tart and dry flavor. Grape(s): Glera ALC: 11% Size: 750 ml

CANTINA VALDADIGE was founded in 1957 by the will of a group of winemakers strongly motivated to enhance their territory. Over the years the winery has developed specialists who oversee all the stages of the wine process, from the vines to the cellar. An gronomist of the CATINA VALDADIGE follows all the members who today number more than 230 and advises them on the choice of methods, systems and pest control with the minimum possible environmental impact, using methods that are as natural as possible. A story made of passion and continuous research to give the maximum expression of the valley in one sip. The philosophy of the winery, to always offer the market an excellent product, is to have total control of the production chain; in fact it only makes and sells products deriving from its members, with whom it has established a relationship of trust and mutual gratification. 6
Altariva Enantio Valdadige Terra dei Forti DOC (Red) Deep ruby red with violet reflections, it is fruity and slightly spicy to the nose. On the palate, the wine is complex, mature and has distinctive notes of red berry fruit. It is aged for 15/18 months in small oak barrels, and can withstand more than six years with an interesting maturation. Grape(s): Enantio ALC: 13% Size: 750 ml
Merlot Vallagarina IGT (Red) Medium intensity ruby red wine with vinous, intense notes of plums, blackcurrants and blackberries. Full-bodied supported by velvety, harmonious tannins and hints of ripe fruit. Aging in steel for 6/8 months. Generally it is drunk young enough to fully appreciate the fragrance and integrity of the fruit, while also able to keep its potential for a few years. Grape(s): Merlot ALC: 12% Size: 750ml
Rosso Valdadige DOC (Red) Medium intensity red. Fruity with hints of blueberry and raspberry; slightly spicy. Well structured, harmonious, vinous, as well as pleasantly savory and bitter on the palate. Aging takes place in stainless steel to keep the fresh fruity notes intact. Generally it is drunk young enough to fully appreciate the fragrance and integrity of the fruit, while also able to keep its potential for a few years. Grape(s): 40% Enantio, 20% Schiava, 30% Teroldego, 10% Merlot ALC: 12% Size: 750ml

In the late 1800s, the history of FEUDO MONTONI was bound together by the Sireci family when Fabio’s grandfather, Rosario, purchased FEUDO MONTONI, recognizing the particular characteristics of the land and its biodiversity. He found ancient vines, such as Perricone, Nero d’Avola and Catarratto. He especially fell in love with the wines from these grapes that present features of unusual elegance. At MONTONI, each and every organism first expresses itself by listening to the voice of Mother Nature. She leads. Rigid and steadfast, but at the same time righteous, she consistently creates the perfect equilibrium which, only if supported and followed, can be a precursor to great products. FEUDO MONTONI's wines are thus manipulated as little as possible by man.

Rosé di Adèle Nerello Mascalese DOC (Rosé) Pink onion skin with bronze reflections with floral notes of rose and violet, and hints of black pepper, blackberry, pomegranate and wild strawberries. On the palate it has a pleasant astringency and a good structure. It is a fresh, persistent and savory wine. The wine spends 6 months in concrete tanks. Grape(s): Nerello Mascalese ALC: 13% Size: 750 ml
Vigna della Timpa Grillo DOC (White) The name originates from the Sicilian word “timpa” which refers to a strong slope. In fact the slopes that climb this vineyard can well exceed 70%. Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it has strong notes of white peach and pomegranate on the nose, with floral notes of jasmine and almond flowers on the finish. Fresh and persistent with marked acidity well balanced by alcohol, the wine offers a mellow and soft finish. The wine spends 6 months in concrete tanks. Grape(s): Grillo ALC: 13%

Vigna Lagnusa Nero d'Avola DOC (Red) The name has its origins in the vineyard which has always been called “lagnusa” by the farmers of Montoni. In Sicilian, “lagnusa” means that which is lazy and produces small quantities. Today, we know that a vineyard that produces less, creates higher quality. Ruby red color. The structure does not want to conquer for power, but rather, for elegance. Complex aroma with notes of alcohol-infused cherries, red plums and blackberries, in harmony with warm spicy nuances. Cinnamon and cloves stand out among all. To the taste menthol notes amplify the freshness of the wine. Soft, enveloping, savory and with the right amount of delicate tannins on the palate. The wine spends 20 months in concrete tanks, 4 months in barrel, and 4 months in bottle. Grape(s): Nero d'Avola ALC: 14%
La Marza Pinot Noir (Red) Red ruby color, this wine has a light body with sweet fruity aromas of plum and pomegranate. On the plate it is slightly spicy and quite bold for a pinot noir. Grape(s): Pinot Noir ALC: 13% Size: 750 ml
Vigna del Masso Catarratto DOC (White) The name originates from the block of sandy rock structure with red stones with a high iron component. This strong mineral structure gives the wine particular flavor and freshness. Bright golden yellow in color with greenish reflections, it has on the nose delicate notes of laurel and mint, orange blossom with citric hints of lumie, pink grapefruit and freshly cut grass. On the palate it is very fresh and persistent, with long aromatic intensity and notes of almonds. The wine spends 6 months in concrete tanks. Grape(s): Catarratto ALC: 13% Size: 750 ml

FEUDI DI GUAGNANO was born with the aim of saving a few hectares of vineyards cultivated with negroamaro and primitivo abandoned by vintners who were elderly and no longer able to cultivate them. This is why producing wines for our winery was above all an act of love towards a territory, the North Salento, historically among the most important in Italy regarding wine. Our wines are obtained exclusively from native vines: negroamaro, primitivo, malvasia nera from Lecce and verdeca. A special selection of Chardonnay is aged in French oak barrels for 6 months. This philosophy stems from the desire to enhance the area and produce wines that are an expression of the history and the winemaking tradition of their land. The extreme care in cultivation and vinification processes together with a strictly manual harvest, qualify the varied offer of wines from our winery.

Diecianni Verdeca Salento IGT (White) This elegant and unique wine is obtained from the best bunches of Verdeca. In the glass it reveals fruity citrus fragrances. On the palate, it expresses character, balance, and finesse. The wine is ready after three months of bottling. It keeps its organoleptic characteristics intact for at least two years. Grape(s): Verdeca ALC: 12,5% Size: 750 ml
Diecianni Negroamaro Salento IGT (Red) Intense red wine with marked plum and cherry aromas. Full-bodied and well-balanced taste with slightly toasted and spicy notes. Aging for about six months in first and second wine barriques gives this product a very complex sensorial profile. The wine is ready after 3 months in bottle. It keeps its organoleptic characteristics intact for at least 4-5 years. Grape(s): Negroamaro ALC: 13% Size: 750 ml
Diecianni Salice Salentino Negroamaro DOP (Red) The long maceration of the grapes gives this wine a deep ruby red color with strong shades of purple garnet. The sensory profile is complex and delicate. It ranges from ripe red fruits jam, to notes of almond. The long maceration under which the two grape varieties undergo, combined with aging in French barriques for 6 months, gives this wine a distinct personality. Ready to be drunk, it also presents an interesting evolution in the following 4/5 years. Grape(s): 97% Negroamaro, 3% Malvasia Nera ALC: 13% Size: 750 ml

Diecianni Primitivo Salento IGT (Red) A wine that is red in color with intense purple hues. Full-bodied and persistent on the nose, with an intense and elegant aroma, in the mouth it releases hints of licorice. Aging in French barriques for three months. Ready to be drunk, it also presents an interesting evolution in the following 4/5 years. Grape(s): Primitivo ALC: 13,5% Size: 750 ml
Pietrafinita (Red) Vines of at least fifty years of age produce small bunches that are dried for a month in wooden crates. Complex and elegant on the nose with sensations of black cherry and licorice. Endless finish of cacao and woodland cherries in the mouth. The wine ages for 12 months in French oak barriques and is ready after 6 months in bottle. It has a life of not less than 10/15 years. Grape(s): Primitivo ALC: 14,5% Size: 750 ml
Nero di Velluto Salento IGT (Red) Intense ruby red color, it is enveloping with warm and velvety tannins, and has outstanding spicy notes of black pepper, tobacco and cocoa. Production is limited to about 10,000 bottles a year, all numbered by hand, produced only in the best vintages from a 1935 vineyard. The wine ages for 12 months in French oak barriques and is ready after 6 months in bottle. It has a life of not less than 10/15 years. Grape(s): Negroamaro ALC: 14% Size: 750 ml

CANTINA NOTTOLA is situated on a beautiful vineyard hill inside the prestigious area in Tuscany where Vino Nobile di Montepulciano has been produced for a thousand years. The Cellar, close to the 18th century Villa Bracci, is well integrated in the splendid Tuscany`s scenery around the vineyard hills. In 1997 restructuring was completed following two principal guidelines: the first with respect to the beautiful architectural heritage by refurbishing old materials, and the second was to utilize high technology instruments to work the valued grapes.

Itinera Rosso di Toscana IGT (Red) A young but intense ruby red wine. It has a fresh aroma with a hint of fruit. Its taste is dry, full-bodied and harmonious. The wine is aged 12 months in Slovenian oak, followed by 6 months in bottle. Grape(s): 60% Sangiovese, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon ALC: 14,5% Size: 750 ml
Rosso di Montepulciano DOC (Red) Ruby red wine, the "Rosso di Montepulciano" has an intensely fruity aroma with hints of violet. Its taste is subtle, smooth, harmonious and slightly tannic. Harvested in October, the wine is aged 3 months in barrel followed by 3 months in bottle. Grape(s): 80% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot ALC: 14% Size: 750 ml

Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG (Red) Deep, intense ruby red wine. It has a compex perfume that is immediately winning; ripe fruit, blackberry and raspberry are combined with a hint of spices. It is smooth and velvety and sweetly tannic to taste. Very well-balanced. The wine spends two years aging in Slovenian oak prior to being bottled for a minimum of 6 months. Grape(s): 80% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot ALC: 14,5% Size: 750 ml
Anterivo Rosso di Toscana IGT (Red) With its bold, dominant character, this wine is dedicated to the founder of Nottola. The bottle itself recognisable by its adornment of a hand crafted label, especially created by reserved contemporary painter - Master Giulio Galgani. Wine characterised by an intense ruby red colour. Wide aromatic spectrum with delicious notes of vanilla, red fruits and sweet spices. Round and soft on the palate, with complex tannins. Persistent. Aged 12 months in French oak then followed by 6 to 8 months in bottle. Grape(s): 50% Sangiovese, 50% Merlot ALC: 14,5% Size: 750 ml

In LA MORANDINA's cellar two souls come together: the tradition of small wooden barrels, whose scent brings to mind ancient stories, told by candlelight and reflected by the red of the bricks of the walls, and the technology used for the production of the wines, in the modern stainless steel tanks, a tool for preserving perfumes and aromas. The past and the present: we, men, are the link.

Moscato d'Asti DOCG (Sweet Wine) Light yellow hue with green reflections and fine perlage. The wine is flavoursome and has fragrance, freshness, with notes of orange blossom, litchi, gardenia and aromatic herbs such as lemon balm. On the palate it is sweet, slightly sparkling with light acidity, with notes of mint and sage. This wine is typical of its grape variety. Approximately 90,000 bottles are produced each year, depending on the climatic conditions. During the year, 10/12 bottlings are carried out to obtain a product that is always fresh. Grape(s): Moscato Bianco ALC: 5,5% Size: 750 ml
5 Vignés Barbera d'Asti DOCG (Red) The wine has an intense ruby red color with sweet notes reminiscent of black cherry, cherries and small berries. On the palate it is lush, supported by fine and velvety tanning. Easy to drink. The aging of the wine takes place at 30% in large barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks, to maintain the characteristics of freshness for longer. It is bottled after 12-14 months. Grape(s): Barbera d'Asti ALC: 14,5% Size: 750 ml

Barbaresco DOCG (Red) Intense garnet red reflections typical of Nebbiolo grapes. The wine is warm and has persistent notes of plum jam, small berries, and a hint of mint on the finish. Intense, full-bodied, well-balanced between tannins and acidity with a slight aggressiveness that marks the personality of the wine. This wine spends 2 years aging in barrel, and is also well noted for its ability to age in bottle. Grape(s): Nebbiolo ALC: 15% Size: 750 ml
Barolo DOCG (Red) Deep garnet red wine with persistent notes of blackberries and dark berry fruits. A triumph of flavors on the palate, it has a robust body and complex tannins. This wine spends 3 years aging in barrel, and is also well noted for its ability to age in bottle. Grape(s): Nebbiolo ALC: 14% Size: 750 ml

Volpare Valpolicella DOC (Red) The “Valpolicella DOC Volpare” - produced with Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes - is a wine that truly embodies its territory: the celebrated Valpolicella hills. Balanced and refined, even in its simplicity, it has a bright ruby red color and pleasant cherry aromas. Grape(s): Corvina, Molinara, Rondinella ALC: 14% Size: 750 ml
Ripasso Classico Superiore Valpolicella DOC (Red) The “Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore” is obtained through the traditional “ripasso” technique which involves letting the “Valpolicella Classico” undergo a second fermentation on the marcs of the “Amarone della Valpolicella”. It is a wine with a robust body and a ruby red color. Two years of aging in oak and subsequent minimum 5/6 months refinement in bottle gives it a pleasant roundness and tertiary earthy, smoky aromas. Grape(s): Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara ALC: 14,5%

Cor di Vin 95 Rosso Veronese IGT (Red) “Cor di Vin” means from the ‘heart of the wine’ in Veronese dialect, while 95 represents the percentage of typical grapes found in this complex wine. The wine is made of 95% Corvina (variety used to make Amarone), and the remaining 5% being the Marselan variety (french grape that is a crossing between Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache). The characteristic of this wine is its late harvest; 15 months aging in months in small French oak barrels (the oak itself selected from the best French wood and medium roasted); and, 5 to 7 months aging in bottle before put to market. Grape(s): 95% Corvina, 5% Marselan ALC: 14% Size: 750 ml
Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG (Red) The “Amarone della Valpolicella” is made from the best grapes of each harvest, left to dry on wooden grids and pressed in January, as per tradition. With at least two years of aging and subsequent refinement in the bottle, you will enjoy a ruby red wine with intense aromas of cherries (reminiscent of alcohol-infused morello cherries), a robust body, and a particularly balanced taste. Grape(s): Corvina ALC: 16% Size: 750 ml

The total lack of any vine growing tradition in the area meant that Antonio and his father could give free rein to their pioneering ideas. Some of the most famous ampelographers and university researchers of the day were convinced by these ideas and were inspired to join them in a research project which was launched in 1985 with the planting of close to 60 different experimental vines in CASALE DEL GIGLIO’s soil. No scheme as bold and daring had ever been approached in such a scientific way before and CASALE DEL GIGLIO’s young winemaker, Paolo Tiefenthaler, was to become its leading light. The believers in the endeavour were amply rewarded for their audacity however when they achieved their first significant results from the red grape varieties Syrah and Petit Verdot and from whites such as Sauvignon, Viognier and Petit Manseng. These varieties have given rise to monovarietal wines and to blends, all of which offer excellent value for money. 24
Albiola Lazio IGT (Rosé) The colour of deep pink roses with a violet tinge, "Albiola" presents an aroma of small woodland berries, dominated by raspberry and wild strawberry. Fresh, lively and well balanced on the palate, the wine presents a long, fruity finish. A wine with great character - fruity and floral hints typical of rosés - but with a structure that is close to that of a red. Grape(s): 85% Shiraz, 15% Sangiovese ALC: 12,5% Size: 750 ml
Petit Manseng Lazio IGT (White) Brilliant straw-yellow colour, the wine is intensely aromatic, fruity and spicy to the nose; fresh and strong minerality to the palate. An exquisitely structured wine, it leaves you on a seductive, fruit-filled finish. “Petit Manseng” vines have particularly small berries with a thick skin which produce small quantities of must. These grapes are then only harvested late autumn when they are the most shrivelled, as to concentrate the sugar. Bottling happens around March or April the following year, after a long stay on the lees. Grape(s): Petit Manseng ALC: 13,5% Size: 750 ml
Shiraz Lazio IGT (Red) A ruby red color with hues of violet; intense and persistent aromas; fruity notes of blackcurrant, blueberry and morello cherry; and scents of cinnamon and cardamom. Luscious, warm, supported by fine tanning, all the fruits and spices return in a lengthy finish. Made from 100% Shiraz, only the healthiest and ripest grapes are selected for vinification. Aging in barriques for 8-12 months completed with another 6 in the bottle. Grape(s): Shiraz ALC: 13% Size: 750 ml

Petit Verdot Lazio IGT (Red) With a deep violet ruby color, this wine displays intense and lingering aromas of small red fruits, cherries, and vegetables such as myrtle and juniper. Full-bodied, with an elegant structure supported by soft and velvety tannins, the wine has final notes of white pepper and spices in the finish. 100% Petit Verdot from only very ripe grapes. 15 to 20% of grapes are aged in cherry wood ‘tonneau’ while the remainder is stored in stainless steel tanks. Aging in barriques for 8-12 months, and for 6 months in the bottle. Grape(s): Petit Verdot ALC: 13,5% Size: 750 ml
Tempranijo Lazio IGT (Red) Very intense color with fruity hints of raspberry, blackcurrant, woodland fruits, wrapped in a sweet note of ripe cherries. The taste is rich and very concentrated, with spicy and fruity notes enhanced by a consistent presence of sweet tannins. With a long and persistent finish, it adapts well to long aging in the bottle. 100% Tempranillo obtained from grapes that have reached a rather advanced degree of ripeness, sometimes with slight withering on the vine. 15 to 20% of grapes are aged in cherry wood ‘tonneau’ while the remainder is stored in stainless steel tanks. Mater Matuta Lazio IGT (Red) A deep, dense, dark ruby red wine which displays outstanding personality both on the palate and on the nose with aromas of dark coffee beans, violets, ripe black cherries, and cinnamon. Silky and seductive, perfectly supported by fine tannins and well-balanced freshness, “Mater Matuta” presents a fruity, long, lush finish. Both red grape varieties are harvested when fully ripe .After careful racking, where the handling of the marc takes place only by gravity, the wines are placed separately in new barriques for 22-24 months. DISTILLERY MADDALENA PERONI was born in Gussago, Franciacorta, in 1969 from an idea of mother Maddalena and father Giuseppe Andreoli. Today, the sons Carlo, Paola and Sandro Andreoli run the company with passion and wisdom, carrying it forward over time and in the specialization of grappa, liqueurs, creams and much more. Today's success is always accompanied by the memory of the dawn, when the distillery came to life from the installation of a single copper steam boiler where every drop was squeezed in the dim light of a cellar between hope and enthusiasm. Today the distillery, also in Franciacorta, has expanded with the installation of various systems while maintaining that characteristic of the discontinuous steam system, abandoned by many but which guarantees a fundamental and characteristic note for an excellent and authentic quality. Grappa Bionda 1L Straw yellow color. Warm and rich in aromas. Quite decisive grappa with a well-defined character quickly conquers the mouth with great force of penetration. Tends slightly to sweet. Notes of withered flowers on a pleasant spicy background (barely noticeable nutmeg). Stays for 6 months in oak barrels. Grape(s): Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir ALC: 40% Size: 1L
