Features of Magento 2 Customer Approval Extension: ●

Customer status: There is three customer status - pending, approve, and disapprove. Once any customer register from the storefront, it will have a pending status until the store owner approves or disapprove from the Magento backend.

Multi-store configuration with single installation: This Magento 2 Extension can be configured for each store separately within a single Magento 2 installation.

Pending Approval Customer Grid: Store owners can easily view customers who are awaiting approval or rejection decisions. There is a separate customer grid for this.

Automatic and Manual Account Approval: This Magento extension allows approval of customers' accounts either manually from the backend or automatically. Customers can be approved from the customer's grid one or more times at a time. If you want to decline/reject a customer, you can do the same from the grid.

'Acceptance Waiting' CMS Page: There is an option to create a custom CMS page with the message 'Approval Awaiting'. The customer will be redirected to this page after registration when the store owner's approval is required to access the account.

Custom Email Templates: The store owner can create custom email templates and select them for account approval email notifications, which will be sent to the customer after the account is approved or rejected.

Email Notification: Admin and Customer will receive email notifications on registration and account approval or rejection. In the admin email notification, the admin can approve or decline email directly to the customer, without opening Magento backend. It can be enabled/disabled from the extension configuration.

CLI Command Operation: The CLI command can be used to approve and reject clients from the command line.

Custom Message and Redirection: In case of non-approval of the account, after registration, a custom message may be displayed to the customer and the customer may be redirected to another page.

System Notification: The store owner can see a system notification with the number of pending approval customers who are waiting for a decision. It can be enabled/disabled from the extension configuration.
