At Y Camp, the possibilities are endless! Y Summer Camps provide children and teens with supervised activities that cultivate values, develop skills, nurture relationships, and actively explore children’s imagination.

At camp, you can create YOUR ideal summer experience. Our wide variety of programs provides something for everyone! Give your kids the chance to have fun, improve their health, learn new things, and reach their potential.

All YMCA camps run from 9am to 4pm. AM and PM extended care is available at no extra charge.

Rainbow Camp is a fun-filled adventure for kids entering grades T/K-1st, where they’ll explore group activities, build friendships, and enjoy the classic day camp experience. Campers will engage in exciting games, creative crafts, and outdoor play, all while learning teamwork and new skills. Each week, your child will participate in an exciting field trip, either on-site or off-site, to explore and learn in a new environment.

Located at Loma Vista Voyager Camp is the perfect place for kids in 2nd-6th grade to embark on exciting adventures and make new friends! This traditional day camp offers a mix of fun activities that inspire learning, personal growth, and unforgettable memories. Each week, campers will also go on a thrilling field trip, exploring new places and experiences both on and off-site!

CRAFTOPIA CAMP

June 9 - 13, June 23 - 27

At Craftopia Camp, young artists will dive into a world of imagination and creativity, exploring painting, drawing, sculpting, and building in fun, hands-on projects.

The first half of the day focuses on mastering a new artistic skill, while the second half brings classic day camp fun with activities that tie into the weekly theme.

On Friday we will art gallery showcasing all the amazing work.

Join us for an exciting LEGO Camp, where creativity and imagination come to life! Campers will have the chance to build, explore, and design their own LEGO masterpieces while developing problem-solving and teamwork skills. With themed challenges and fun activities, this camp offers a hands-on experience that encourages innovation and self-expression. Whether you’re a seasoned builder or just starting out, the LEGO Camp is the perfect place to unleash your creativity and have a blast with friends!

Campers will spend half the day engaged in LEGO activities, which include both assigned projects and opportunities to create their own projects.

FUTURE SCIENTISTS CAMP

July 14 - 18 Ages 7 - 12

At Future Scientists Camp, curious minds will dive into the world of science with hands-on experiments, exciting projects, and mind-blowing discoveries! Campers will explore everything from chemistry and physics to biology and space, all while having fun with fellow young scientists. With each day packed with experiments and activities, your child will be inspired to explore the wonders of science and maybe even spark a lifelong love for learning!

On Friday we will have a Science Gallery showcasing all their amazing work and projects!

LITTLE CHEFS CAMP

July 7 - 11

Ages 7 - 12 $255/week

At Little Chefs Camp, young food enthusiasts will dive into the world of cooking and discover the joy of creating delicious dishes! Campers will learn the basics of cooking, from mixing ingredients to plating their masterpieces, all while having a blast at camp. Each day brings a new culinary adventure! On Friday we will have a Little Chef’s Gallery showcasing all their amazing work and dishes!

SPLASH CAMP

Ages 6 - 12

All weeks available June 9 - August 8*

Located at Ventura Family YMCA

$255/week

At Splash Camp, kids will make a splash while learning fundamental swim skills, water safety, and having plenty of time for free swimming! Each day starts with water games and camp activities, followed by swim lessons and free swim time in the pool after lunch.

At the end of each week, your child will receive a certificate of achievement, along with a personalized recommendation from the swim instructor for the next stage of swimming lessons at the Y.

Campers will spend two hours in the pool in the afternoon.

At Sports of All Sorts Camp, kids will get a chance to play a variety of sports, from soccer and basketball to flag football and more! Each day is packed withbasic fun drills, games, and scrimmages to help campers build their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Whether they’re shooting hoops or scoring goals, they’ll have a blast competing and learning new moves.

At Hoops Fundamentals Camp, young athletes will learn the basics of basketball through fun drills, skill-building exercises, and plenty of game-time action! Campers will focus on improving their shooting, dribbling, passing, and teamwork while having a blast on the court. Whether they’re new to the game or looking to refine their skills, this camp is the perfect way to get in the game and elevate their basketball abilities!

YOUTH OVERNIGHT CAMP (JULY 20 - 25)

YOUTH AND TEEN CAMPS

Youth: Ages 9 - 12

Teen: Ages 13 - 17

Fee: $985

At Sleepaway Camp at Lake Sequoia, the adventure never stops! Campers stay in cabins at night and spend their days immersed in nature, enjoying activities like hiking, sports, crafts, and water recreation. They’ll return home with new friends and an adventurous spirit.

CIT CAMP

Age 17

Fee: $490

The Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program helps teens develop the skills needed to become camp counselors and strong employees. This program offers a unique opportunity to build leadership skills by assisting counselors with younger campers and gaining hands-on experience in a camp setting.

CITs are chosen through an application and interview process, with space limited to 10 participants. To apply, teens must register online and pay a camp deposit. If not selected, the YMCA will refund the deposit.

Transportation to Youth Overnight Camp departs from Ventura Family YMCA, 3760 Telegraph Road, Ventura, CA 93003. A $250 weekly deposit is required at time of registration.

FAMILY CAMP SEQUOIA (AUGUST 2 - 8)

Join us for a week-long family adventure packed with fun and new experiences! Enjoy activities like hiking, swimming, canoeing, rock climbing, fishing, paddle boarding, campfires, or simply relaxing with a good book. The package includes six nights of lodging, meals, morning kids’ camps, arts and crafts, the YMCA Rag Program, and more. Pricing covers accommodations and activities for up to four family members.

Families will drive themselves to Family Camp at 49716 Highway 180, Miramonte, CA 93641. A $450 deposit is required at time of registration.

YMCA Day Camp is ACA accredited! ACA Accreditation means that your child’s summer camp cares enough to undergo a thorough peer review of its operation — from sta qualifications and training to emergency management. American Camp Association collaborates with experts from the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Red Cross, and other youth-serving agencies to assure that current practices at your child’s camp reflect the most up-to-date, research-based standards in camp operation.

At all of our Day Camp locations this summer, we will be utilizing the  BLASTING INTO SUMMER curriculum. This licensed program combines learning, adventure, and fun and ensures that campers have an unforgettable camp experience that ignites their passions, fosters personal growth, and creates lifelong memories. The building blocks of the BLASTING curriculum include: Belonging, Literacy, Arts, STEM, Team-Building, Imagination, Nature and Gross Motor Activities. Camp Sta have selected various BLASTING modules to accompany our fun camp themes.
