In an office where a computer is often used, it is essential to have a quality amount of light to relieve the effect of the brightness of the computer screen on the eyes of the workers.

CONFERENCE ELEVATION

DESCRIPTION Conference rooms are located on each side of the building so that it is convenient for all employees. The space features large pendant light fixtures, a large scale table with accessible power outlets, outlets, movable ergonomic chairs chairs, a large credenza for storage, storage and a large screen on adjacent walls. Rooms are designed to increase ingenuity and promote productivity and are located on each level of the building. RECEPTION Reception area welcomes guests upon entering the building. The space features a monumental stair and a seating area where employees can come to complete their tasks or meet with clients and other coworkers.

Plant wall included to connect occupants to the outside environment and to support green design efforts.

Green carpet tiles act as wayfinding throughout the building and are designed to relect the rows found on coffee farms.

Natural materials such as concrete and wood are used on surfaces, furniture, and flooring to support sustainability.

LOBBY Space features lobby and various seating arrangements with a coffee bar / cafe.

The natural light creates an inviting space that encourages positive interactions in this area.

Various seating options encourage collaboration and inclusion.

Tech lighting’s Joni pendant illuminates the bar area and creates an intimate space.

COFFEE BAR Coffee bar located across from the reception area where employees can come to relax and rejuvenate. The coffee bar offers a wide selection of drinks and pastries.

Navy subway tile covers the bar to contribute to the aesthetics of the office building.

Acoustic wallcovering incorporated to dampen noise and allow employees to complete work in this space.

Leather seating and a brick wall found behind the coffee bar creates a warm, welcoming environment that you would typically find in a coffee shop.

OFFICE SPACE Office space includes workstations and private offices located on the first and second level separated by the different departments.

Offices have curtain walls made of glass panels that allow employees outside views to inspire creativity and productivity.

Acoustical wall treatments and carpet tiles utilized to improve sound quality within the space by controlling the way sound is absorbed, reflected, or diffused by walls.

Dry erase boards incorporated to allow employees to communicate with one another visually and to promote collaboration.

BREAK AREA Break area is a space where employees come to take a moment away from their work, to have lunch, or to socialize with one another. Break areas located on both levels for convenience.

A large table is located in the break area so the room can be used for conference purposes.

DESCRIPTION MEDSPACE flooring designed to provide wayfinding for guests. SafeZone Spiced White is the main flooring in patient areas and corridors. Curvilinear shapes flow into corridors from each exam room. Colors are determined by the planet each exam room is named after. Flooring changes separate the spaces in lieu of partitions. Organic patterns at entrance mimic orbital patterns and direct guests from entrance to exam rooms. Limestone carpet in private areas aid in acoustic privacy. privacy SafeZone and Bio flooring are durable and easy to clean, clean ideal for medical spaces.

THE CONCEPT The High Line is a natural environment layered over the hardscape of New York City that evolved using innovation to create a community full of art and history history. This project helped elevate New York by layering a unique space above the city into something new and beautiful beautiful. RECEPTION Upon entering the 7th level, guests and employees are greeted by the reception area that features a custom reception desk and concrete and wood paneling.

Black metal ceiling panels inspired by former West Side Line Railway are strategically placed throughout plan to separate spaces.

Art installation behind reception desk located at High Line and serves as a focal point for the space.

Reception incorporates a work area where employees can come to work, relax, or collaborate.

WILD CARD The wild card space is a walking track for employees that is located along the perimeter of the 7th floor. The space was inspired by the walking track that is located at the High Line elevated above NY city.

Walking track designed to elevate workspace and reflect railway tracks. Also acts as wayfinding around building.

Space features images of former West Side Line and art along track that gives people a sense of being there and contributes to aesthetics.

Study nook seating is located throughout NEXT to give employees a new environment to work in.

MONUMENTAL STAIR The monumental stair is adjacent to the elevators and was designed to reflect the stairs that are located at the High Line. This 3D perspective features numerous design elements and principles such as line, repetition, movement, and emphasis.

Stairs not only act as a way to move from the 7th floor to the 8th, but as a functional seating area to come to when employees need a change of scenery.

The material on the stair is natural concrete and detailed with natural wood paneling to look cohesive with the space.

Biophilic design is featured in this area to improve employee satisfaction and wellbeing.

WORK CAFE Directly behind the reception desk is the work cafe. The work cafe includes various seating options for employees to sit and eat or work. The cafe is located on the 8th level and extends onto the terrace where the coffee bar is located.

Features historic photos of former West Side Line wrapped around structural columns to incorporate history of NY culture.

Includes carpet tile that is inspired by lines and paths on which a rail car travels.

Textured tan wall coverings were strategically placed in the cafe to dampen noise.

RETAIL MOCK UP The retail mock-up space is designed to reflect the core values of the skin care company.

The warm tones and minimal space allow customers to relax while browsing the space.

The retail space features numerous cabinets and shelving units for ample storage.

The space includes mirrors for the customers to try on various products.

THE CONCEPT The concept and design for the hotel is rooted in the charm and elegance of Philadelphia’s local areas and the lives of Edith Wharton, Wharton Mark Twain, Twain Eudora Welty, Welty and F. Scott Fitzgerald. Fitzgerald Traditional Traditional, ornate architecture and style are embodied in the design of The Collective. Public spaces throughout represent the personality and lifestyle of each American author, author while still cohesively tying back to the overarching design themes of the space. While maintaining historical integrity, integrity this luxury hotel incorporates contemporary design elements to evoke a sense of rebirth and excitement excitement. No matter the occasion, The Collective offers the perfect ambiance and timeless experience for visitors.

The Collective is located in the heart of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, home to America’s oldest operating public library. The city is known for its historical landmarks, site seeing, and rich history. The Collective will showcase classic elements native to the area and lives of select twenty-first century American authors.

The intention is to allow occupants to be present in a space that inspires learning and sparks creativity and ingenuity ingenuity. classroom perspective. Classroom is designed around the student’s and professor’s needs to maximize learning potential and aid in their wellbeing wellbeing. The space is located along the exterior of the building so ample amount of sunlight can flow through to encourage productivity and ingenuity ingenuity. Carpet tile is strategically placed here to decrease acoustics and screens / dry erase boards are incorporated so each student can have a clear view of the course material. The desks and chairs are reconfigurable to best fit the day-to-day needs of the classroom. 77

Inspired by railroads railroads, The Track features a number of design elements and principles including line line, shape shape, repetition repetition, and movement. Lamp was designed to imitate a railroad by using movement sleek lines, lines straight edges, edges and a dark walnut finish. finish Design incorporates five spaces and an open top and bottom allowing light to pass through casting shadows that give off a line pattern. Supported by four wooden square rods and a wooden pattern black base with an easy to maneuver on / off switch located on the cord so it can by be operated by any individual. individual The Track’s modern design meets the simplistic look of a railroad and its vintage style. LED lamp is sure to illuminate any space.
