1. Site is highly accessible by pedestrians.

2. Site is surrounded by roads on all sides, making it accessible via motor vehicles. However, double lane roads suggest a lot of occupant load is expected to commute from public transport or via foot.

3. Site is guarded by boundary walls from all the sides, and is thus, not at all porous.
