Inferences:

1. Major Roads are 6-10 m wide (excluding footpaths).

2. This might cause some serious concerns while accomodating high trafic load.

3. Site is surrounded and guarded by heavy transit movements ranging from bus stops for public transports, Motera Metro Station at 200 m from Stadium and private vehicles. Presence of bus stops and metro station right in proximity of stadium would help to cater to occupant load.

4. Site is completelt porous, and allows users to access it from multiple entrance. This inhances the appeal of recreational and public space.
