Observations and Review

1. The number of elevators and width of staircases provided at the entry plaza wouldn’t be sufficient to cater to high occupant load of the stadium. 2. The cores are hidden in the entry plaza. Owing to a public space, the cores would work in a much better way if they are easily accessible and visible from the plaza space itself. In that way, in case of emergency and peak hours, the occupants won’t have to search for means of vertical circulations. 3. More means of vertical circulation should be introduced at the entry plaza.

4. There is no plaza or welcoming space for spectators accessing the site from rear side.

Observations and Review

1. The number of elevators and width of staircases provided at the basements wouldn’t be sufficient to cater to high occupant load of the stadium. 2. The core to core distance owing to fire norms is not compliant with the fire codes and needs to be reworked accordingly.

3. Peope getting off from the buses in the basement parking would have to cross the vehicular circulation in order to access the cores or escalators, which is not a good situation.
