The premium lot adjacent to the HTC Center has designated ADA-accessible parking spaces that are available on first-come, first-served basis. Access to these spaces do not require any fees or additional donations to the CAF. Once spaces are filled, parking attendants will direct guests to alternative parking locations. Guests may choose to utilize the drop-off service next to the HTC Center, but will be required to exit the lot afterward and relocate vehicle to appropriate available lot/space. ADA-accessible parking is available at Brittain Hall next to the prime parking lot. ADA-accessible parking tags are required to park in the lot, and upon entry ADA-accessible patrons will take a left in the lot adjacent to the Wall College of Business. There will be golf cart shuttles to the HTC Center and then back to the parking lot following the game. Attendees will be allowed to pull into the Premium lot at the HTC Center to drop off handicap patrons if needed, but the cars will be required to park at the ADAaccessible lot at Brittain Hall.

Tickets can be purchased a variety of ways for CCU basketball games at the HTC Center.

Will call is located in the south ticket booth beside Gate 1 on the southeast corner of the HTC Center. Anyone who has purchased tickets by telephone or online without taking advantage of the printing at home feature will be able to pick up their tickets at will call. Current CCU students must present C.I.N.O. Card for entry. All seats at the HTC Center are assigned. ADA-accessible seating is available throughout the arena. Coastal Carolina University is dedicated to assisting all people with disabilities or special needs. Wheelchair seating is located on court level. CCU player and visiting team player guest tickets will be available at Gate 1 (the main entrance into the HTC Center) on the southeast corner.

In order to expedite entry and provide a safe and secure environment for our fans, student-athletes, staff and officials, Coastal Carolina University Athletics implemented a Clear Bag Policy for all ticketed events effective August 2017. In the spirit of sportsmanship, Chanticleer fans shall: • Conduct themselves in a manner that represents their University, the Sun Belt Conference, and the NCAA with dignity, honor and respect. • Demonstrate the qualities of civility and sportsmanship at all times. • Not use vulgar, abusive, racist, sexist, demeaning, or intimidating language at any time. • Support the players, coaches, and umpires in a positive manner. • Treat the visiting team, coaches, and fans with courtesy and respect at all times. • Not engage in cheers that are vulgar, crass, or demeaning. • Refrain from throwing objects onto the court. • Not become inebriated or belligerent. • Refrain from entering the playing arena at any time, including after the game. • Be a positive role model for those around them.

SHUTTLE
Coastal Carolina University Athletics provides a free ADAaccessible shuttle service on game days to and from the parking lots on S.C. 544 (Lot YY) and U.S. 501 (Lot GG). The shuttles run two hours prior to tip-off and up to one hour following the completion of the game.

There are two donor parking options for men’s basketball (premium and prime). Premium lots are adjacent to the HTC Center and Sands Hall. Prime lot is located in Brittain Hall. Premium and prime parking are not assigned; however, the lots are reserved. Season tickets are not required to purchase a parking pass. Call the Chanticleer Athletic Foundation at 843-349-6670 to purchase a parking pass. Complimentary parking options are available. Fans can park off S.C. 544 (Lot YY) and off of U.S. 501 (Lot GG). ADA-accessible shuttles will make a loop approximately every 10 minutes to and from the HTC Center entrance.
GENERAL PARKING LOTS
All lots on campus other than the designated donor restricted or student parking lots are accessible for spectator parking on game day based on availability beginning two hours prior to the start of the game. Please note that general parking lots will be shared with

SEATING
SOLICITATION AND DISTRIBUTION POLICY
Solicitation or distribution by persons other than employees or students of the University on official University business is prohibited in the HTC Center and throughout campus. University employees and students must receive approval from the Office of University Marketing and Communication for all solicitation that takes place at Coastal Carolina University athletic events. Banners, flyers, pamphlets, or any other paraphernalia will be disposed of by game-day security, and solicitors will be escorted off the premises. Distribution of political information is a violation of the solicitation policy of Coastal Carolina University and is prohibited. The selling of any item by anyone other than University-authorized personnel on the campus of Coastal Carolina University is prohibited.
