At first we did many type of experiment then we chose this Squeezing pipe technique
Experiment 1 : rolling aluminium sheet and squeeze it but this technique is hard to do and not standard
Experience 2 : wrapping drinking straws by foil and squeeze it
Experience 3 : sketching them by making the models

The outstanding point in this experiment 1 If general steel pipe was squeezed unequal length, it will be seen beautiful rhythm. 2 If the squeezing position is bended in to an angle, it will look like a diamond which is unique character. 3 When the light shine to corner or edge of steel pipe, they will shine in different way and look powerful. 4 The view of squeezing will not be the same as the view which is closed to it but it will look invert and dynamic.

To invest a new plastic mold, it cost more than $30,000. Influencing with this problem, Chanya can design many forms/styles of chairs which was made by only 1 injection mold. It is worthy investment for Silpatawee plastic manufacture.
“ 1 mold is not just for 1 design � design concept
1 chair which is assembled by plastic injection structure and seat / backrest allow customers to choose variety of materials and forms to fit with their purpose. The seat / backrest material are options , namely ,acrylic, wood and polypropylene.
Acrylic and wood seat/backrest mainly are made by laser cutting machine or CNC milling machine. The Silpathawee ' s machine is able to produce more varieties of product designs than general plastic injection manufactures.
In general, most of Thai plastic injection manufactures are not willing to create their unique design chairs because the owners are not sure that their unique designs can be sold very well. They consequently copied designs from international design chairs. Chanya designed 3 price levels of products for fight with competiter. / high price : acrylic seat/backrest / / middle price : wood seat/backrest / / low price : PP injection seat/backrest /
Therefore, Chanya researched and analysed about the needs of the target group. The main target group that need good design chairs were middle class restaurants. The main factor of chairs selection for these restaurants was the chairs were designed relating with their interior styles.
It’s noticeable that the most popular styles are industrial/loft, homey, classic/vintage, oriental, chic and modern respectively from project’s research of sampling, interior styles of 100 middle class restaurants in Thailand, A.D. 2015.
In accordance with the research, Chanya designed the main structure from industrial/loft style (the most popular) and various forms of seats / backrests to be related with 4 interior styles. Those were Industrial loft, homey, chic and modern which are choosen to related with industrial/loft structure. From analysis process to final design of this project, there was high possibility to respond target needs and concern manufacture potential.

/ Enzo Energy theme / The Enzo Ferrari House is full of Enzo’s impulse energy. Enzo Ferrari is a racing car lover and workaholic. Most of his life was spended on racing carand car racing, so we design working and relaxing area in the same place. This house would be near his Ferrari factory, then he can easily go to wark and meet his colleague. We design his house in modern style and racing stadium feeling.

Wood toy WIND SHOT game WIND SHOT game is a game for relaxing for more than 6 year kids. Kids would lern to observe and analyze about the wind. The wind is something that they can’t see but they can feel it. The WIND SHOT game is propeled by pumping and controlling the wind shooting. Player will lern to creat the way to protect his goal by setting his cylinder fence before starting the game and then trying to control the wind way ,pushing the ball to enemy side goal. If the ball touch enemy’s goal, you will get 1 point. When you get 3 points, you are the winner.
