Perspective

At the very beginning of the project as a water team there were focus in ICE as a theme. For that reason we designed in 3Ds max many ice models In the pages that follow, plans and perspectives for different ice models are explored.

Ice model In order to interpret to the best ice as a natural phenomenon, an ice model was created and observed while it was melting. Here are presented several pictures of frozen water in different +2

While observing the process of ice melting, were realized the negatives and fills that created during ice transformation. For that reason, decided to give into the site the sense of something that changes, from liquid to solid, from empty to full 17

To give the Final brush to the project it was decided to replace the deviding walls with these “blades� so the masterplan has now a more icy form and looks like ice bergs.

Orchards The collage created to Figure out how the colors and the materials used, wil blend with the surrounding area. Important is to mention that water is used as material for each one of the dwellings. So the resident has to pass a small pond before entering the house.

Rather than keeping the sides opaque and bring light to the house only through the front and back it was found better to bring sunlight on all four sides. The material that is considered used for the wall construction is reclaimed brick. Continuously, it was decided to change
