Gira Mundo Arts Seeking an environment of inclusive education through actions of culture, information and Fun, Gira Mundo enables organizations working with young people and / or children foster an environment of discussion about global issues.
JOB DESCRIPTION GIRA MUNDO ARTS
I) Develop and present workshops and dynamic lessons about different types of Arts to the children, youth and adults in NGOs. In case the intern has a specific artistic talent, be prepared to give workshop related to it, but also to present and create workshops using all different types of artistic language (music, painting, cinema, dance, etc);
II) Plan, promote and conduct Art Events during the last week of the Project to engage the people of the NGOs and also to present the results of what was taught during the Gira Mundo Arts Project. III) Write a weekly journal during the internship. Write a booklet with ideas, methods and examples of workshops and information on how to use Arts as tool to create positive impact.
EXPECTED RESULTS GIRA MUNDO ARTS
-Number of project participants; -Retention of participants; - Realization of activities carried out according to established planning;
- Successful art events in the last week of the project in the NGOs that show the results of lessons and engage the people.
Smarketing The project is designed to restore and assist with consulting and promotes an international environment for NGOs, expanding concepts and establishing an operational planning six weeks can make for GAPs improvements and expand social promotion.
Job description SMARKETING
I) Understand the situation of NGOs. Evaluate all the critical points of NGOs through tools and techniques that help to unravel which the roots and possible local solutions, as well as evaluating the communication plan for external checking the regional situation and closing the week with the next steps for implementation;
II) Arrange the operational plan that will be inserted over the weeks and invest in each goal with commitment and always thinking about your role as a change agent that location. The weeks of implementation should have clear measurable for each challenge is implemented safely. Develop short to long term activities for the following points: Human Resources, Financial e Communicative. III) To ensure the long-term effectiveness: Making the tools and general techniques inserted throughout the project are easily accessible and passed on to the head of the NGO, enabling him to use.
EXPECTED RESULTS SMARKETING
- 90% of the Shares guided achieved in specific operational plan; - 80% effected communication plan; - Fundraising action performed; - Promotion of NGOs in certain numbers of communicative vehicles.
GAIA The project propose’s the transformation of the attitudes of young people towards the environment which they live, adopting sustainable practices guided by the 4 Rs: rethink, reduce, recycle and reuse
JOB
I) Lead workshops and activities to raise awareness of global (and local) DESCRIPTION environmental issues and in all that what our individual roles are.
GAIA
II) Develop and prepare sessions for the students about the environment and how we can have more environmental friendly and sustainable habits in our daily life. Discuss about environment protection, such as sustainability, recycling, urbanization, saving water and energy, consuming less, eco-friendly products, preserving species and ecosystems, etc.
III) Engage the students in the lessons through practical activities, building a physical legacy to the NGO. Prepare a report that shows the whole result of the project. Write posts on a blog with ideas of workshops and information on how to use the themes as tools. Participate in activities planned by the LC and/ or the NGO during the internship. Also, be prepared to present your country during Global Villages.
EXPECTED RESULTS GAIA
-Number of project participants; - Number of actions reduced in the environment; - Number of reused resources; - Number of recycled resources.
