Sun/heat protection The building is 45 metres wide by 150 metres long. The project proposes a transitional space between inside and outside - a ‘double skin’. Two separate spaces are created. The third element is the double skin, a very free-flowing structure encompassing the two entities, while allowing for physical distance between them. It is an unheated space used approximately from April to November. With transparent walls and paths surrounding it, the building generates a new climate and serves as a lobby around the two entities. The facades of this hall can open completely to turn into a large courtyard to extend for functions: reading areas, a cybercafe, or a waiting room of the auditorium. The double-skin also plays a thermal role in winter. The hall structure is composed of round steel columns a structure of wooden beams and glass façades, with concertina doors all around. The roof is made up of photovoltaic panels of three different opacities and glass, which filters the lights depending on the uses of the various spaces. Additionaly they are set up to make optimal use of the sun as well as the shadows generated by buildings. The two inner spaces are built mainly with glass to allow visual access to the hall. The upper levels are built with alternating concrete and polycarbonate and spaced white wood. La vegétation donne de l’ombre et rafraichit la serre
RECONSTRUCTION OF PORT-AU-PRINCE CATHEDRAL, HAITI International Competition within DCCP ARCHITECTES Office, 2012 Software : Autocad / Sketchup / V-ray / Photoshop
The aim of the project is to retain the foodprints of the original structure, whilst providing technological enhancement. The solely new design is the roof; it floats above the old building structure precisely covering the coss-shaped building. The structure is disconnected from the existing walls and basement ; it is independent and earthquake resistant. The wooden pillars are weaved between the existing stone pillar adding strength. This design is carried through the ceiling to create a patchwork effect, allowing different beans of light to filter into the space.

Rather than satisfying just one aspect of temporality, the Kbox 12-60 can adapt to numerous periods of use within a location (days, weeks, months etc).
Delivery
Adaptability is essential to sustainability. The Kbox is therefor elastic, and malleable - able to adapt to short temporalities and small contexts by giving the option to open only one or two of its modules, which both work independently and as part of the ensemble. In addition to its application on the Berliner Fernsehturm foot, the modular Kbox 12-60 also closes and fits together to form a perfect cube, transportable on a simple trailer to wherever the user desires.

ACCES PIETONS AU PARKING
The unit is in a privileged part of the city : the facade opens onto a large open space and looks out onto railway tracks. In accordance, the building has a medal cladding facade, which also reflects the industrial character of the historic neighborhood. In line with existing buildings, two gateways are inserted into the new facade. They are used for visual porosity and as paths into the inner courtyard park. The plot of land is the limiting factor of the main building. An additional building is at the heart of the building block. It is built on stilts without a ground floor to create a continutous green space. Each apartment is equipped of a loggia, private outdoor spaces, which can be turn into a winter garden, expanding the apartments to the outside. 3 DISTRICUTIONS VERTICALES

‘EDUCATIONAL PLACEMENT’ ESTABLISHMENT, CAEN
Project semester 7, 4th Year, Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Normandie, 2011 software : Revit / Autocad / Photoshop
The extension of the ‘Educational Placement’ establishment for 12 young people aged 13 to 18 is a sensitive endevour considering the impact is has on the existing structure, and neighbouring buildings. New enhancements ensure the exterior appeals to the needs of the surroundings. Stairs elevate the transparent street view block that shapes the front of the extension exposing an open and welcoming new space, however it curves around the back allowing more privacy with rooms hidden from the main road. By creating a curved structure that wraps around the central courtyard, staff can monitor student activity, furthermore the walls enclose the courtyard masking sound from pouring into neighbouring homes.
