TRICKS, TREATS AND TRIVIA haloween facts, keep reading for all your Halloween tricks, tips and trivia. Give your favourite little horrors a Halloween party like no other, and they are sure to be shrieking with excitement. Here is a recipe for a terrifying treat that will make you the star of the party. Slime Bug Cups This kids’ party dessert may look gruesome, but beyond the layer of chocolate biscuit dirt, spooky sweets, spiders, snakes and worms lies a layer of slime-like lime jelly
It’s that time of year again – where the leaves start changing colours, the weather gets cooler and pumpkin spice lattes start to pop up at your local coffee shops. It is also time to start thinking about one of the most enjoyable holidays of the year, Halloween.
Ingredients: 4 x 135g packs lime jelly A selection of animal and bug sweets (see tips, below, for our selection) 2 x 154g packs Oreo biscuits
From tips to creating the best Halloween snack for your kids’ party to some fun

Method: 1) Make up the jelly following pack instructions. Pour a third of the mixture into 12 small glasses or plastic pots. Add a couple of bugs to each pot, then leave to set in the fridge, keeping remaining jelly at room temperature.
-Halloween is the 2nd most commercially successful holiday, with Christmas being the first. -Jack o’ Lanterns originated in Ireland where people placed candles in hollowedout turnips to keep away spirits and ghosts on the Samhain holiday.
2) Once set, add more bugs to each container (lean some against edges, so they stick out the top). Pour over a third of the jelly and leave to set in the fridge. Repeat with remaining bugs and jelly.
8 Pro Tips to Carving the Perfect Pumpkin 1. Good carving starts with the right pumpkin. Choose one that is fresh, with a sturdy stem, no bruises and a flat bottom so it won’t roll. 2. Cut out the lid on an angle, not straight up-and-down. 3. Scoop out all the pulp — and then some. 4. Hold the pumpkin in your lap. 5. Use your scraps creatively (make a tongue out of a discarded piece of pumpkin shell, for example). 6. Keep your pumpkin fresh (spread petroleum jelly on the cut edges to seal in moisture) 7. Create a chimney. First, leave the lid on for a few minutes while the candle burns. Then make a small hole where the lid has blackened. 8. Sprinkle a little cinnamon inside the lid (when you light the candle, your jack-o’lantern will smell like a pumpkin pie)
3) For the soil topping, place cookies in a plastic bag and, using a rolling pin, bash into crumbs, then tip onto a plate. 4) Just before serving, sprinkle a layer of soil over each set jelly, then top with a mushroom, a slug and some ants or your choice of creepy crawlies. Did you know? Spooky Halloween Trivia -The fear of Halloween is known as Samhainopobia. -Orange and black are Halloween colors because orange is associated with the fall harvest and black is associated with darkness and death.

BUDGET HALLOWEEN COSTUMES
Skint, but want to impress at Halloween? As a devoted fancy dress lover, and FX makeup Youtuber, I’ve honed my cheap costume skills to ninja level. Here’s my top 5 secrets: · Primark/Pound Shop – I’ve sourced many a costume in Primark. E.g. buy a cheap mens t-shirt, stain with tea, tear it, throw on some fake blood, and you have a zombie! They do on trend accessories such as flower head bands, if you want pretty (e.g. fairy). Pound Shop have gems too around Halloween. You’ll need imagination – e.g. buy cheap devil horns and re-paint them – but you can put something ace together if you use a bit of creativity. · Everything5pounds.com – tons of potential costumes. E.g. search white dresses for a cool ghost costume. As everything’s £5, you won’t care if you never wear it again. They even have £2.50 sales - and shoes! · Work what you have! I defy anyone not to be able to source something from their wardrobe. Pair an
outfit with great makeup (Watch my tutorials for ideas) and anything can be a costume. Your black dress becomes a vampire, or pair your jumpsuit with a glam skull facepaint. · Trendsgal.com – AMAZING US site that does cheap wigs, accessories, and clothes. You need time for delivery time, but I ordered wigs, and they came in a week. · Ebay – hardly a well kept secret, but a treasure trove for cheap costumes. TIP – cheapest stuff comes from China and Hong Kong, allow plenty of time for postage! Check out

for easy, scary makeup tutorials, creating movie quality looks on a budget. Happy Halloween!

Christmas is coming! So start saving!!!
We know – Halloween isn’t even here yet and already there are Christmas decorations and Santa hats filling shelves in stores. If you’re anything like us, then the thought of Christmas not only brings a sense of excitement but a deep sense of panic as well.
Let’s look ahead a few months; it’s the first week of January and the hangover from New Year’s is just about fading, when you start getting bills from Christmas. Did I really spend £454 – the average amount spent on gifts – this year? That’s before you take into account travel, food, decorations and more! That’s why we think Christmas really starts in October. On the first of every October, I start saving for the Christmas gifts I’m going to buy. I don’t know exactly what I’ll buy, but I have a ballpark amount in mind. Let’s just say its £200. By starting in October, I have three months to save, which makes it about £20/week. If I had waited until the first week of December, I would have had to save £80/week. As usual, whether saving or

investing, time is your friend.
own money!
How do you save for a specific event? Two main ways: Make more money or cut costs (i.e., reallocate your spending from one thing to another). In this case, I decided to re-allocate some of the money I save for a car towards Christmas gifts. This whole concept of saving consciously and early isn’t limited to Christmas gifts. You can use them for big anniversary gifts, birthday gifts or other holidays like Valentine’s Day or Easter. Also, you don’t have to start in October. The earlier you start saving, the less you need to put aside each month. Even a small amount over a few months can make a big difference.
Also, don’t forget about any loyalty points you have collected throughout the year. You’ve been digging through your handbag at the checkouts to find the blasted loyalty card all year round, so now it’s time to reap the rewards. Check out which offers and freebies you are owed, before you hand over any cash.
Borrowing money to cover your Christmas spend could come at a price in interest and fees. At best, that could be money used for something far more worthwhile - at worst, it could leave you with debt you may struggle to pay off. To avoid this save your

Win a magnificent Mini in the name of charity A stunning Classic Mini Mayfair is up for grabs thanks to a special group that want to give back! Mercia Minis is raffling off a mini Mayfair later this year to raise money for St Richard’s Hospice. Andy Stephens, who donated the mini after his wife Barbara passed away last June said: “Even though my wife didn’t go into the hospice we had a caseworker from there who was wonderful. They supported me and if I had any problems they were always there for me, so I decided that I had to do something to give back.” Andy started work on the 1985 Mayfair in November with help from friends at his local car club, Mercia Minis. The Mini is also being donated in the name of one of their members, Steve Ash, who sadly passed away but also received wonderful support from St Richard’s Hospice. The car was finished in the summer: “We completely stripped the Mini apart and rebuilt it. A lot of companies donated the parts and interior to
us and we had a lot of help from the community”. The mini has never been driven so the winner will be the first to take it for a spin! The raffle draw will be held at the Three Counties Show Ground on October the 8th. Rumour has it that there might even be a special guest present when the raffle is drawn! You can purchase raffle tickets at various places in Worcester, the best option is to go to www.facebook.com/MerciaMinisMalvern/ for more information.

Worcestershire Resource Exchange Shopping for materials often means buying in bulk, resulting in a waste of money as well as the material, which usually gets stored away and never used again. A solution to such wastefulness is the Worcestershire Resource Exchange (WRE). The WRE is a part of the Duckworth Worcestershire Trust charity and aims to give individuals, schools and community groups a place for affordable and stimulating resources whilst reducing landfill.
also boasts an art and craft shop selling materials such as scissors, clay and glue and paint is sold at low cost through a scheme called Community Repaint. WRE also develops and delivers creative projects and workshops to promote reuse. To buy from the main scrapstore, membership is required, but other resources do not need membership. Stuart Bryan
The WRE provides a scrapstore of unusual and inspirational materials that havebeen salvaged from local industry. It provides a vast array of resources with unlimited possibilities for creative reuse. The store has a main ‘Quality Street’ zone, which is home to the best quality and value items. Inside

Get involved with Shindig for amazing live shows in an urban setting Watching live shows in urban settings can be an expensive night out; costly admission charges, steep petrol costs and over- priced refreshments tend to be the norm. If this has made going out at best a rare occurrence or at worst a no show, then Shindig could be the affordable antidote.
The Shindig Rural and Community Touring Network Worcestershire provides an eclectic and distinctive range of professional live theatre, music, dance, and family shows. Shindig assist voluntary promoter groups to bring rural communities together for events at a broad range of community venues, from schools, churches, and village halls. Shindig is co-ordinated by Live and Local Ltd and financed by Arts Council England and Worcestershire local authorities. Tickets are sold locally and prices range from £5 to £15. To save money and help support the Touring Network it may be worthwhile becoming a live and local friend. There are three levels of annual membership from £20 to £75, all offering various benefits and concessions. Stuart Bryan

Every November, a band of perfectly ordinary men take on the brave task of Movember: growing a moustache for charity in a bid to raise awareness about men’s health - prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health issues such as depression. Like breast cancer awareness, it’s a global movement.
(around £25K). But that figure pales into comparison when taking into account what it had grown into by 2012. By this time, Movember had become a fully-fledged annual event, taking part in 21 countries and over £92 million (that’s 154 million Australian dollars).
Where did Movember begin? It started in Melbourne, Australia 10 years ago, when a group of friends decided to revive an old fashioned trend - the moustache. Thirty guys took part just to see what would happen, and when they realised how much fun it was, they started raising money the next year, starting by raising awareness for prostate cancer. In 2004, the event grew to 450 participants and together they raised a whopping $43,000
Why should I do it? · 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience some kind of mental health problem in the course of a year · Suicide is the single most common cause of death in men under 35 · In the UK, 1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer at some stage in their lives · A man will die from prostate cancer every hour - more than 10,000 men will die of the disease

this year in the UK · African Caribbean men are three times more likely to develop prostate cancer. · You are 2.5 times more likely to develop prostate cancer if your father or brother has had it · Occurrences of prostate cancer in men are comparable to the rates of breast cancer in women · 2,209 men in the UK were diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2009 ·m47% of testicular cancer cases occur in men under 35 years and over 90% occur in men under 55 years How do I get involved? Stoptober is back for another year, encouraging millions of people across the UK to quit. It is estimated around ten million adults - around 16 per cent of the total population - currently smoke, according to public health charity Action on Smoking and Health.
Although smoking rates have declined over past decades, smoking is still the biggest cause of preventable illness and premature deaths in the country, accounting for almost 80,000 deaths in England a year, as stated by Public Health England. So, if you’re thinking of stopping smoking - there’s no better time to try! Why don’t you sign up to the annual Stoptober campaign, which last 28 days from October 1st, and is based on research which suggests that if you can stop smoking for 28-days, you are five times more likely to be able to quit

for good. To date, Stoptober has driven almost 1 million quit attempts, proving the campaign to be extremely successful. Here are four tips to help you, or a loved one, conquer Stoptober! Think positive You may have tried to quit smoking before and failed, but this doesn’t mean you will not succeed this time. Distraction can be surprisingly helpful, so if you find that you’re craving nicotine, perhaps go for a long walk, meet up with a friend or treat yourself to a trip to the cinema to keep your mind occupied. Start exercising A review of scientific studies has proved that exercise - even a five-minute walk or stretch - cuts cravings and may help your brain produce anticraving chemicals. Make a list Writing a list of the reasons why you would like
to quit will remind you why Stoptober is worth doing. Do you want to be healthier? Save money? Be a more positive health role model for your children? Acknowledging these reasons along the way will help motivate you to quit smoking. Quit with a friend or family member Quitting with a friend or family member will provide strong support and can prove to be more effective than going it alone. You can also call the NHS Smoke Free Helpline on 0300 123 1044 to speak to a trained, expert adviser.

Go Sober for October
Go Sober for October is an annual campaign, which asks people to pledge to go booze-free in order to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support and become a ‘Soberhero’. Macmillan is hoping that people will give up alcohol for the 31 days of October and raise a glass of water instead of their favourite booze in an effort to support the charity with their work supporting those with cancer. Fundraising

Macmillan
nurses,
physiotherapists, dietitians and other professionals to offer support to those with cancer and improve their lives. If you’ve been thinking about trying to Go Sober for October, the good news is the benefits of giving up alcohol for a month (or longer) extend far beyond a break from hangovers. To start with, not drinking for one month can lead to a longterm drop in alcohol consumption, according to research by Sussex University. They found that 72% of participants had maintained reduced levels of harmful drinking six months after completing the study. If this seems like challenge you want to do, fill in the online form at www.gosober.org.uk and become a Soberhero.

Film review of the month: Gods Own Country Johnny’s life on a Yorkshire farm is heading into oblivion. Living
with his increasingly frail father and suffering Nan, his only escape from his isolation is joyless sex and drunken sprees. Johnny’s depression deepens further with the arrival of Gheorghe, a Romanian immigrant hired to help on the farm for a month. Gheorghe soon displays a much greater work ethic and skill level than Johnny, who tries to assert his superiority by ignoring Gheorghe and when having to speak to him, crudely addressing him as ‘gyppo’. However, Johnny can’t ignore his sexual desires and when the pair are sent off to work and sleep over in the remote farmland, the latent aggression between the two soon turns into a passionate love affair. Returning to the farmhouse the relationship is challenged by the deteriorating health of Johnny’s father and then further tested by the return of the local temptations of town life. Gods Own Country is a film with minimal dialogue but maximum emotional intensity and amplified by the magnificently windswept and mystical Yorkshire landscape. Stuart Bryan

FIVE WAYS TO WINTER-PROOF YOUR HOME
T
here are loads of simple things you can do around your house to keep it cosy this winter. Here are five tips to keep your home warm from top to bottom.
1
Give your gutters a clear-out It’s not a nice job but at this time of year it’s important to make sure your guttering is clear of sticks and leaves.
2
Add some layers to your loft Loft insulation can really make a big difference to keeping the heat in your home. Even if you’ve got insulation, it’s worth checking it’s up to standard.
4
3
Leave the cold at the door If you’re feeling the chill from draughts in your home, sealing them is a quick and simple way to stay warm and save money.
Wrap your pipes up warm You can keep your cold pipes warm by wrapping them up with lagging which you can buy online for a few pounds. This could stop them from freezing and avoids blockages and burst pipes.
5
Keep your boiler ticking over When the weather is cold, it’s a good idea to heat your home for one hour every day, even when you’re away. It helps keep things running smoothly and it’s easy to do from your boiler timer.

WHY IT’S IMPORTANT TO PREPARE YOUR GARDEN FOR THE WINTER
W
e all need a little extra attention when we start preparing ourselves for the winter months: warmer clothes, extra vitamins and minerals, extra cups of teas for warmth and our gardens and wildlife need a little help too. There is still work to be completed in Autumn as the harvesting slows down and the temperature starts to cool. In this article we look at jobs which need to be completed or started this month, Halloween and how we can help wildlife through the coming colder months. October can be an exciting month as we look at our fruit and vegetables. Mouthwatering winter food becomes available for our kitchens: broccoli, beetroot, squash, pumpkins, turnips, parsnips, peas, plums … the list continues and you need to harvest them before they become woody or rotten. Jobs which need to be completed around the garden
and plots have an emphasis on maintenance and cleaning. Your list could include tidying up the boarders which include fence maintenance. Maintaining gutters, downpipes and drains in preparation for the harsher weather and the autumnal leaves falling will be really
“

”
beneficial to your property. Cleaning the greenhouse will save you time in the spring and after all that, perhaps you’ll have time for planting; autumn soil is warm and moist from the summer which makes it an ideal time to plant suitable produce. The bright pop of colour pumpkins and squashes lend to the allotment is beautiful in Autumn. They both should be well developed and ready

for Halloween or a delicious warming soup. If you want to harvest pumpkins, it is best to let it mature and colour on the plant only to remove it before the first frost strikes. Have you ever thought about dedicating a little of your garden to help the wildlife over the winter? If you have and are looking for ideas please continue reading. If you leave a section to grow and over grow (just for the winter) it provides the ideal habitat for shelter in the harsh weather. If you leave a small pile of wood undisturbed then it can become home to animals such as toads and hedgehogs which as we all know enjoy eating slugs. Water and suitable small bits of food left out for birds and hedgehogs will encourage them to return, yet it is not advised if it encourages wildlife to cross busy roads or if it encourages them to become dependent on handouts. How to get the best out of bedtime British summer time ends on October 29th as the clocks go back one hour, meaning extra sleep time. More time in bed will probably be gratefully received by many as it appears that many of us are increasingly starving ourselves of sleep or sleeping poorly. The World Health Organisation reports that two thirds of adults in developed nations fail to achieve the recommended eight hours of sleep and there are now more than 100 diagnosed sleep disorders. To sleep well it can help to spend as much time outside as possible. This will help align your body’s clock with the day. It is helpful to keep lights dim in the evening, and try to minimise evening exposure to bright, artificial light. Afternoon naps can be eective. We are generally at our brightest between mid-morning and lunchtime and then between 4pm and 10pm. Therefore the best time for a siesta is early

afternoon, when we are naturally tired. It is also wise to keep to a regular bedtime and wake time. Check out some of the tops below to keep you on track. Stuart Bryan

Mona Lisa: The people and the Painting The Mona Lisa presents a paradox. It is probably the best known, most written about, most visited work of art in existence. It is also one of the least understood works of art; partly due to the subject’s ambiguous and enigmatic look and also the unclear history and context of the painting. If you want to find out more about this fascinating portrait then it may be worth attending a talk, ‘Mona Lisa: The People and the Painting’.

Try to make sure that you have hot meals and drinks regularly throughout the day and keep active in the home if you can. Stay active We all know that exercise is good for your overall health - and it can keep you warm in winter. If you can stay active, even moderate exercise can bring health benefits. If possible, try not to sit still for more than an hour or so. Remember to speak to your GP before starting any exercise plan. Wear warm clothes Wrap up warm, inside and out. Wear lots of thin layers - clothes made from cotton, wool or fleecy fibres are particularly good and help to maintain body heat. Wear shoes with a good grip to prevent

Charity of the month The Joanna Brown Trust Since 2008, The Joanna Brown Trust has donated thousands of pounds to charities across the world and helped support 63 British athletes realize their dreams of being top athletic competitors. The aim of the charity is to encourage involvement in sport, no matter your socioeconomic background or restrictions. The trust strongly believes in providing athletes with an opportunity to experience sport and excel in it. encourages a passion for sport and life – exactly how Joanna lived her life. One hundred percent of all the money raised goes towards different programs that the charity sponsors. Of one of those projects, the Trust donated £9,000 to Barnard’s Green Cricket club in Malvern for the construction of its new cricket net facilities. And in 2015, the Trust donated £5,000 for an outdoor education programme for disadvantaged young people in Scotland.

But the UK is not the only place where The Joanna Brown Trust donates its time and resources. They have helped support projects from all over the world. They recently donated £25,000 to Magic Bus, an Indian charity, which uses sport and the outdoors as a medium to help underprivileged children discover their true potential. The trust has also donated to various communities in Latin America and Africa. In 2010 the Trust donated a netball kit and equipment to Lesotho, a community in southern Africa. The community hosted a netball tournament that raised awareness about HIV and AIDS and was attended by over 4,000 locals.

WHEN A LOVED ONE PASSES AWAY Knowing what to do when someone passes away is always one of those experiences for which in life we never become an expert in, as most of us will only arrange on average between 1-2 funerals in our lifetime. As well as having to cope emotionally there can seem to be lots of decisions that you have to make in a short period of time. In the initial days depending on where the person has passed away will depend on what you need to do next and speaking with friends and family or the funeral director is a good way to get advice. It always seems like there is lot’s to do on top of making the initial arrangements and it can be important to give yourself time to make the right decision for you. The best advice when looking for a funeral is always to shop around to make sure you get the service which you are looking for and

Film review of the month: Mother
For want of a better term one would have to call Darren Aronofsky’s bizarre, polarising Mother! a “horror movie”, but he has really invented a new kind of film that offers several strong lines of interpretation under the umbrella of a grandiose cosmic vision. Most horror flicks have a pretty basic structure: those who offend against conventional morality or break a taboo, will meet a grisly end. Mother! takes matters much further. Even though the film owes much of its attraction to the star power of Jennifer Lawrence, it’s a wildly ambitious project for a mainstream studio. The plot is bound to cause confusion, at least until the central metaphor is discovered. From this point everything becomes clear, if not exactly transparent Mother! presents a singularly bleak view of human nature and of the future of the planet. As horror it is ridiculous, as comedy it is startling and hilarious, and as a machine for freaking you out it is a thing of wonder.

You’re on a serious mission this month, Capricorn, and that’s just the way you like it. Aquarius (Jan 20 - Feb 18) You’re ready to throw all caution to the wind, Aquarius, as the Sun moves through Libra, your ninth house of growth, expansion and liberation. Dynamic duos and potent partnerships are the order for October, as the Sun soars through the most collaborative zones of your chart. Tarus (April 20 - May 20) With fall in full swing, this is a great time to streamline your life: rearranging your closet, sorting through your papers and making sure you’re eating health-boosting fare.
Gemini (May 21 - June 20) You’re feeling feisty and flirtatious—and you’re a live comedy act on two legs. You won’t mind entertaining the troops at all. Cancer (June 21 0 July 22) Take things at a slow and nurturing pace, Cancer. Skip the trendy eateries and packed scenes and just do some entertaining at home. Leo (July 23 - Aug 22) Open up and share, Leo! You’re bubbling over with ideas and projects. Virgo (Aug 23 - Sept 22) Money, work and daily routines fall under this domain, so you’ll be focused on fall goals and setting new, profitable priorities. Music to your Virgo ears! Libra (Sept 23 - Oct 22) Your solar calendar resets, inspiring you to set intentions for the next year of your life as you blow out those candles. Scorpio (Oct 23 - Nov 21) It’s time to restore your reserves before Scorpio season begins—and, of course, your birthday. Planning for healthier lifestyles in south Worcestershire
University Works With Organisations on Ask for Angela Campaign
Student Services staff at the University of Worcester have been working in close collaboration with Worcester City Council and Night Safe to bring the “Ask for Angela” campaign to venues in Worcester City Centre. The “Ask for Angela” campaign is a national campaign. In Worcester, it is hoped that this simple campaign will enable students or members of the public who find themselves in an uncomfortable situation in participating bars
or restaurants to access help to remove themselves from the situation in a safe and discreet manner. Whether it is an inappropriate comment, unwanted attention or if someone finds themselves uncomfortable in a situation, they can approach a member of staff and “Ask for Angela”. The member of staff will know that they are requesting help and will assist them in removing themselves from the situation, discreetly and without too much fuss.

An inside look at: Malvern Theatres
Welcome to another instalment of our series called an inside look. Every month we will be choosing a local attraction to visit and offer an inside look as to what’s on and what to expect. With summer slowly drawing to a close, it is time to head indoors! It’s the season for cinemas, theatres and homely pubs! This month we will be looking at one of the best theatres in the Midlands: Malvern Theatre. Nestling at the foot of the Malvern Hills, Malvern Theatres is a major centre for the arts in the West Midlands. Home of the famous Malvern Festivals, founded by Bernard Shaw and Barry Jackson in 1929, the theatre underwent a lottery-funded refurbishment in 1997. Hailed both locally and nationally as a model of artistic and architectural excellence, Malvern Theatres boasts one
of the most diverse selection of plays, music, comedy, dance, film and education work to be found under a single roof anywhere in the country.
became known for its George Bernard Shaw productions in the 1930s and from 1977 onwards, along with the works of Edward Elgar.
Malvern Theatres, housed in the Winter Gardens complex in the town centre of Great Malvern, has been a provincial centre for the arts since 1885. The theatre
Over its history the theatre and festival has closed several times, including during World War II, in the early 1960s, in the early 1970s, and in the late 1990s when a new complex was built with an 850-seat Festival Theatre, a Forum Theatre, a 400-seat cinema, and a bar and restaurant. This very popular theatre has events running throughout the week. Keep an eye out on our What’s on Pages some of the events. For the most up to date events visit their website at

We all know that we should take care of our car every week around the year, but if we are honest, how many of us actually check the water levels, and tyre pressure every week! However when it comes to the winter, a quick mini service, which anyone can do, may well save a lot of time, trouble and money. The top list is
• Check the anti freeze, this prevents the water coolant from freezing • Check windscreen wipers to ensure that in driving rain and snow you always have clear vision. • Check water level for windscreen washer, this will clear away the slush and dirt when driving in the snow. • Check tyre tread – including your spare, and ensure you have plenty of tread on your tyres to

cope with icy nd wet conditions. • Check the oil level • Check all lights and indicators and horn are working You will never know if you might ever get caught in a really cold snap so it is always worth carrying a blanket, a snow shovel, extra clothing and if you are going on a long journey, thena flask of hot drink would not go amiss.

Designed by Hermann Tilke, Sepang, The track for the Malaysian Grand Priis one of the most technical circuits in Formula One. The combination of long high-speed straights, and tight twisting complexes make the track very complicated, but also perfect for overtaking as the track itself is very wide. The drivers love it and, along with Malaysia’s distinct atmosphere, it makes for an experience unique in Formula One.
