STEP ONE Use one helper to steady the headboard. Use your second helper to elevate and support the side rail so you can attach it to the headboard with the 5/16” flat head bolts.

STEP TWO Once the rail is attached, have your helper continue to support the headboard with the one side rail attached. Bring the footboard to the attached side rail with a helper. Attach the footboard to the side rail with the 5/16” flat head bolts. 828.264.0100

STEP THREE Have a helper remain at the headboard to steady it. Attach the second side rail to the headboard and footboard using the remaining 5/16” flat head bolts. STEP FOUR Reposition the bed as needed to get it in its final location and to be sure the headboard and footboard are aligned. STEP FIVE Select one of the canopy rails (they work on either side). Loosen the end-bolts but do not remove them. With a helper use the two ladders or step stools to lift one of the canopy rails into position. Slide the threaded rods at the end of the canopy rail into the slots at the top of the bed legs. The nut should all be inside the square leg tubing. Turn the nut by hand to snug it, complete tightening with the 9/16” wrench. STEP SIX Repeat step 5 for the remaining canopy rail.

STEP SEVEN Attach the three mattress support rails to the bed side rails using the included #10 x ½” Philips head screws and supplied nuts. STEP EIGHT Make any final adjustments to the bed position and double check all bolts for tightness. STEP NINE Install your mattress box spring. 828.264.0100
