Using The HP Smart App

If your HP OceJet printer supports the HP Smart app and you’re already using it, open the app.

In Windows, click on the Diagnose and Fix icon, followed by Start.

On a Mac, Go to Printers > Diagnose & Repair > Start

#3 Check The Printer Settings
