On Precisionist Art Above - a visualisation showing an enclosed garden on top floor, aimed to introduce greenery into the urban context. Art influences society by changing opinions, instilling values and translating experiences across space and time. Paintings are often considered to be the repository of a society’s collective memory. Art preserves what fact-based historical records cannot, how it felt to exist in a particular place at a particular time. The iconic artist enclave - SoHo, emerged from the decline of the industrial sector during the 1950s. The community voiced the urgent priorities to protect the industrial heritage of the district. The project is therefore set in the context of preservation, to become an expressive and pedagogical platform to celebrate the neglected Industrialist past. A curation of Precisionist Art is selected to boast the beauty of Industrialism, the gallery thrives to be a facilitator for the transfer of knowledge and culture between artists and locals.
Ascending - inspiration collage on 19th-20th century museum typologies, explores themes of ‘Interlocking Spaces’ and ‘Cabinets of Curiosities’ ; exploded isometric diagram highlights the punctuated landscape pockets in the building ; an exterior visualisation of the building.

Ascending - visualisations of the living, entrance and dining spaces, with a strong emphasis on the ethereal quality of the spaces. Inspired by the antique Oriental pieces of furniture, the use of green onyx was introduced to certain parts of the villa for visual connection.
