Each month Charlotte Country Club is dedicated to recognizing one outstanding Team Member for their hard work and dedication. This program was established to recognize fantastic team members who demonstrate exceptional levels of enthusiasm, put forth the highest quality work performance, display extraordinary effort, and consistently exemplify the CCC mission.

Angel Metcalf | Reception

March 2023

Angel has been an integral part of CCC since she started late last summer. She is always someone that you can count on to be happy and smiling and works hard to provide the best member experience. We are grateful to have her on our team.

Sean You | Culinary

April 2023

Sean has done an outstanding job leading the charge with The Porch, as well as continued to support the team in banquets. His creativity, dependability, and hard-working spirit has made him an integral part of the culinary team. Sean also has the best knife skills in the department!

Brendan Spellman | Service

May 2023

Brendan is such a hard worker on the service team. He is always on the go and very attentive to both the team and member’s needs. Brendan always fills in whenever it is needed and is a great support in all areas. He truly is a universal team player whether it is in banquets, dining areas, or the pool deck. We are lucky to have him on the team!
