About our magazine Nourish is a new and innovative publication focusing on healthy recipes and DIY beauty ideas that are natural, cheap and simple. This publication is made for students and therefore will be a termly publication. The layout will be easy to navigate, the imagery will be attention grabbing and the recipes will be hard to resist. Nourish’s mission is to empower female students to become passionate about their health and the food they eat. Pot noodles are a thing of the past. Students are realising that healthy food is the key to a happy future.
