How to Insert a Picasaweb Slideshow into Blogger Go to Picasa Web Albums (http://picasaweb.google.com/home), and log in with the Google account that owns (or you want to own) the album. 1. Check that you have already uploaded the album you want from your PC to Picasa-web-albums. (and if you haven't, go back to Picasa and upload it now) 2. Choose an album by clicking on it. The album view opens, showing you a thumbnail of all the photos in it on the left of the screen. On the right of the screen, there is a sidebar of useful tools. 3. On the right sidebar, next to the thumbnail of your album, there’s the date and number of photos. Click on the small (edit) link, check that Visibility is set to "Public on the web" 4. 5.

Below the Post on Click on "Link to this Album" Click on "Embed Slideshow. This opens a new dialog box, over the top of your current browser window.

Fill in the details you want (slideshow size, whether or not to show captions and to autoplay the slides, etc) 7. Copy the HTML from the box at the bottom of the left hand-side (the one labelled "Copy and paste ..." 8. Go to Blogger.com (http://blogger.com) and log in with your Google account (example@gmail.com)


Inserting HTML Code into Blogger 1. Go to the post list icon next to the right of the pencil icon and click on the small down arrow. 2. Click on Layout. 3. Click on Add a Gadget in the area where you would like to add the slideshow. 4. Scroll down the list until you find HTML/JavaScript. 5. Paste the code into the Contents field. 6. Enter a title, if you want the gadget to have one. 7. Click on Save. 8. Drag-­and-­drop the new gadget to where you want it to appear. 9. Click on the orange button Save Arrangement at the top of the template
