COMMUNICATION & NEGOTIATIONS

Our mutual objectives are to sell your property at the highest price in the shortest amount of time possible with the most favorable terms and the least amount of hassle!

HOW WE COMMUNICATE WITH YOU DURING THE LISTING

Communication is an area where many REALTORS® fall short. In surveys conducted by NAR (National Association of REALTORS®), lack of communication from their agent was the number one complaint from sellers. We are committed to being proactive in the marketing of your property and to keeping you informed throughout the listing process. » We obtain feedback from agents who show your property. This provides opinions and suggestions from agents and buyers who have seen your property and includes comments that are helpful in our marketing and pricing. » Realtor Tour. This tour is very important and helpful in showcasing your property. It allows real estate agents to view your property and inform any prospects of the attributes of your property. We also gain excellent feedback from the agents regarding pricing along with other thoughts and suggestions. » We keep you informed through regular updates. These updates are one of the most important services we provide. Updates include a summary of the showing feedback, market updates including price adjustments and sales of relevant properties in your neighborhood, as well as a synopsis of the marketing efforts we are making on your behalf
