Drew came to Hilton Head Island in 1972, when he was 13 and has a true passion and appreciation for the Lowcountry. As close to a “local” as most, he combines his intimate knowledge of the area and his business background into his 39 years of real estate experience to provide his clients with solid skills and advice in assisting with both selling and purchasing area real estate. As a second-generation Realtor on Hilton Head Island, Drew was taught that what is most important in business is also intangible – service and reputation.

Raised on the Island, Drew took an interest in golf at an early age and earned a 4-year golf scholarship at the University of South Florida, which allowed him to play college golf amongst some of the finest PGA professionals. After attempting the PGA tour only twice, Drew returned to college to focus on his MBA at the University of Richmond. Subsequently, he was hired by Jack Nicklaus Club management, which led him into fulltime real estate sales on beautiful Hilton Head Island in

1985. As a multiple winner of the Hilton Head Open and the Hilton Head Island Amateur tournaments, a father to 5 and married to Erin, Drew has established himself among the top Realtors in the area, is an active member of his church, and a supporter of various community programs.

As a past broker of a prominent Island real estate firm and current broker associate, Drew has consistently been one of Charter One Realty’s top producers.
