THE CHASE DIFFERENCE

One company. One heart. One philosophy. HEART. It’s what sets Chase International apart from the rest of the real estate pack. We are a company motivated by our clients’ success. It means finding just the right house you can call home. It means connecting you with the best movers, painters, interior designers and introducing you to the communities we serve. It means loving every inch of your home and selling it for the highest price in the shortest time. Whatever it takes, we’re here for you. Some would call this kind of service overthe-top. At Chase, we call it heart. And when you have it, everything else takes care of itself.

Chase life—joy, health, success You may have noticed a slight leveling in our local market starting in July 2021. Indicated by a few less offers, offers that are closer to asking price or properties staying a few more days on the market. People are settling into their new work routines. Children went back to school. Firefighters and first responders were saving the people and places we love from the River, Caldera and other wildfires. The highly contagious Delta variant. And whatever else may be present in everyone’s personal lives. The dramatic changes instigated by COVID will set a precedent for many new norms moving forward, attention to hygiene , an up-level of outdoor eating, more grace and appreciation of others. Whilst the market continues to be strong despite the challenges brought by the delta virus, the global economic behavior and the new norm. The biggest driver is a lack of new construction. This is projected to be a long-term factor since developers have not built new houses at the pace needed to keep up with the flood of qualified buyers. The new housing shortage is quantified by a lack of construction materials and skilled labor – these impacts are a result of the global market and supply chain. Conversely, the list of qualified buyers keeps growing with the increasing wages and opportunities in the job market. The Feds intend to keep interest rates low to promote stability. Landlords are still getting tons of applicants even with the increased rental prices – turning more renters into buyers since buying is more affordable than renting. Interestingly this keeps the market stronger than ever. It’s a great time to sell and a great time to buy! If you’re considering selling you’re able to get the price range you’re dreaming of. If you’re considering buying your investment is likely to increase in value long-term since the housing shortage is projected to last up to ten more years. Our Chase Ready program makes it easier for sellers to sell and buyers to buy. Sellers are able to increase their fair market value and decrease the headaches of negotiations or fall-out. While buyers can make a confident and educated decision when making an offer. Having the Chase Ready program by your side creates opportunities where everyone wins. If you have any questions please call our local office, 888 70 CHASE.

CHASE GLOBAL INITIATIVE

The Hela Bima Rice Project At Chase International, we are proud to make a real difference in our world by supporting over 1,000 traditional rice farmers in Sri Lanka. Over 3.5 billion people consume rice, mostly unhealthy hybrid varieties. The Hela Bima Rice Project and Chase International join forces to grow 2,000-year-old pure, whole varieties of rice (hidden for over 500 years) with human loving, nature friendly and sustainable farming practices, using the wisdom of their ancestors. We support education, fund schools, build state-of-the-art, eco-friendly rice mills, storage and packaging facilities. Since 2011, Chase International has empowered the farmers, their families, children and villages to live healthy lives. The Hela Bima Rice Project is awakening and educating the world, honoring the farmers, their rice and well-being. This relationship with the farmers creates a circle of abundance in all of our lives.

Making a difference: Our mission is to bring awareness to how we see FOOD, giving value and respect for all human beings.
