Shari Chase | Founder & CEO
A true visionary, Shari Chase founded Chase International in 1986, building a strong reputation as one of the nation’s leaders in luxury real estate by using niche marketing and focusing on the luxury estates at Lake Tahoe. Chase International is highly energized, tapping into a vibration and awareness that attracts good things into the lives of her entire company. It’s called Heart-Centered Real Estate. Shari shares both her business and life philosophy with agents through various Chase Academy classes.
Susan Lowe | President & Corporate Broker
Susan Lowe began her career with Chase in 1990 as a REALTOR® and with her well-rounded arsenal of managerial, administrative and client skills she quickly rose to Vice President and Corporate Broker. Susan continues to hone her expertise and has become globally recognized as an expert in the luxury real estate market. Specializing in risk management and conflict resolution, Susan shares this knowledge in addition to her sales expertise through specific Chase Academy classes.
Georgia Chase | Vice President
Born and raised in the business, Georgia has seen Chase International grow from the ground up. During this time, she has been a General Contractor and the director of sales for Clear Creek Tahoe. All combined, Georgia has a crystal clear picture of what it takes to succeed in today’s market. Georgia shares her negotiation and luxury clientele expertise through specific Chase Academy classes.
Cindy Ranne | Director of Corporate Services
Cindy Ranne joined Chase International in 1999, receiving her initial education in luxury real estate while serving as Executive Assistant to the President. Over her career with Chase, Cindy has been directly involved with the implementation of initiatives and services that have grown the company. Her comprehensive administrative and management skills coupled with her experience and a natural ability to train make her uniquely capable to communicate the Chase culture and brand.
Kelly Gesick | Director of Digital Innovation and Marketing Services
Kelly Gesick joined Chase International in 2015. Her background is in Graphic Design and Studio Art. Before joining Chase she worked as a trainer for Apple, Inc. She is passionate, creative and is always looking for new ways to harness the power of technology. Kelly is committed to the growth, development and acquisition of technology as a tool of success for Chase’s Real Estate associates.
Danielle Snow | Concierge and Relocation Director
As a result of her go-getter way of being, Danielle background includes in-depth experience with transaction management, agent onboarding, and being a supportive guide to staff and agents. With a heart of service, she onboards new agents – providing extended support and resources to help them thrive.
Kristina Mattson | Agent Services Director, Incline and North Tahoe Managing Broker
A tenured real estate professional, Kristina Mattson has a passion for providing support, education and inspiration for growth. She began her real estate career as an Office Administrator with a desire to learn every aspect of the business. Her experience, enthusiasm and leadership skills have propelled her to a position of Executive Leader for Chase’s North and West shore offices. Tiffany Ahrens | Sparks, Lake Almanor and Roseville Managing Broker
Born into a family of luxury custom home builders in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, Tiffany Ahrens has a distinct advantage in the real estate industry that she enjoys sharing with Chase agents. She has extensive hands-on experience with the intricate composition and construction of homes as well as a thorough understanding of the escrow process. Larry Finkel | South Lake Tahoe Managing Broker
Larry Finkel currently serves as Managing Broker for the South Lake Tahoe office with 38 years of experience in the industry. He is a three-time recipient of ‘The REALTOR® of the Year Award’, twice selected President of the South Lake Tahoe Board of REALTORS®, and a proud graduate of the University of Southern California. Larry offers his extensive knowledge of residential and investment real estate, with expertise in contracts.
