Walker River Fly Fishing

Come spend a day floating and fishing your way down the West Walker River surrounded by nearly 5 thousand acres of wild Nevada. Your float trip will drift you through country rich in history and wildlife and may even include the catch of a lifetime.

The Ranch is open to Clear Creek Tahoe Club Members only for guided catch and release fly fishing float trips through the summer months - depending on water flows and temperatures for the protection and sustainability of the fishery. These guided float trips include a Nevada-licensed & insured guide, boat for up to four anglers, flies, indicators, and terminal tackle. Alcoholic drinks are not allowed for insurance purposes. It is recommended to bring your own drinks and snacks. Picnic lunches are available by request from the Grille. Loaner fly rods and reels are available at an additional fee of $20.00 per rod - be sure to let us know that you’ll need them when booking your trip. Trips are not recommended for children under 10 years of age. Pricing

What To Bring

Your guide trip will require moderate physical exertion. This includes walking on uneven ground and slippery rocks, wading in thigh-high water, exposure to direct sunlight, and warm temperatures or inclement weather. Below are items to bring to ensure you are as comfortable as possible:
