Designtex Product Performance Warranty Updated 05.10
Designtex warrants that all shipments are in accordance with the Textile Fibers Products Identification Act. Each of our products is designed for a specific end use and is engineered to perform satisfactorily under reasonable commercial conditions. We guarantee each shipment to be of first quality and produced to industry standards. Designtex guarantees: •
Satisfactory performance of Designtex upholstery products that have been properly installed, maintained and subjected to normal use in a “single shift” environment for five (5) years from date of purchase.

Satisfactory performance of Designtex environmental Design upholstery products that have been properly installed, maintained and subjected to normal use in a “single shift” environment for five (5) years from date of purchase.
•
Satisfactory performance of Designtex extreme performance upholstery products that have been properly installed, maintained and subject to normal use in a “multiple shifts” environments for ten (10) years from date of purchase.
•
Satisfactory performance of Designtex vinyl, woven and environmental design wallcoverings that have been properly installed maintained and subjected to normal use for ten (10) years from date of purchase.
•
Satisfactory performance of Designtex textile wallcoverings that have been properly installed, maintained and subjected to normal use for ten (10) years from date of purchase.
•
Satisfactory performance of Designtex drapery and healthcare cubicle curtain products that have been properly installed, maintained and subjected to normal use for ten (10) years from date of purchase.
•
Satisfactory performance of Designtex panel fabrics (woven vertical textiles) that have been properly installed, maintained and subjected to normal use for ten (10) years from date of purchase.
•
Satisfactory performance of handmaderugs, by loophouse that have been properly installed, maintained and subjected to normal use for ten (10) years from date of purchase.
•
Satisfactory performance of Designtex fusion panels that have been properly installed, maintained and subjected to normal use for ten (10) years from date of purchase.
•
Satisfactory performance of Designtex shade and screen textiles, specifically that they will maintain dimensional stability in use, when properly installed, maintained and subjected to normal use for ten (10) years from date of purchase. Colorfastness to ultraviolet light is excluded as conditions of usage may vary.
•
Satisfactory performance of Designtex surface Imaging that has been properly installed, maintained and subjected to normal use for ten (10) years from date of purchase.
•
Satisfactory performance of Designtex writeUp h2o that has been properly installed, maintained and subjected to normal use for ten (10) years from date of purchase.
•
Designtex custom solutions will receive the same warranty as standard products within each category.
In the unlikely event that one of our upholstery products does not perform to commercial standards, when specified for the purpose intended, properly installed, used in a “single shift” environment and maintained under normal conditions using appropriate cleaning agents and methods, Designtex will replace said fabrics free of charge. Designtex will not be responsible for any labor costs. In the unlikely event that any product other than upholstery does not perform to commercial standards, when specified for the purpose intended, properly installed and maintained under normal conditions using appropriate cleaning agents and methods, Designtex will replace said products free of charge. Designtex will not be responsible for any labor costs. Any post treatment of fabrics managed by the customer (after shipment by Designtex) will void this warranty. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the fabric.
