Prices • •
Prices quoted are F.O.B. Secaucus, New Jersey or Mill Orders are shipped prepaid freight. All freight, handling charges and applicable sales tax will be added to your invoice.
Reserves •
Reserves will not be accepted for online Store orders.

All orders will require payment via credit card. Applicable sales taxes are charged based on final destination of the product and a resale/exempt certificate is on file for said state. Cancellations cannot be accepted if your order has been cut or shipped Outlet Store sales are “as is” and sale is final. Outlet Store orders are sold on a non-cancelable, non-returnable basis and are not covered by Designtex warranty. A standard 35% restocking charge will be applicable to all cancellations and returns. See more information under “returns” It is against Designtex policy to accept claims for any labor charges It is the customer’s responsibility to determine code compliance confirmation if a product is ultimately used in a way other than it was originally intended by Designtex (i.e. upholstery fabric used as a wallcovering).
Shipping All internet orders ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). To view your available shipping methods and exact shipping charges, enter your destination postal code into our Shipping Calculator after adding any item to your order. Most orders are shipped within 24 – 48 hours. Returns All requests for return authorization should call 800-221-1540 for assistance. Requests for returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice/ship date No returns will be accepted without the appropriate Designtex return authorization number Claims will not be accepted on any merchandise that has been cut or processed in any way by the purchaser or purchaser’s agent Claims for reasons other than Designtex’s responsibility, if accepted, are subject to a 35% restocking fee plus freight and handling to return. The party returning the product is responsible for arranging the return. Credit of any claim will not be issued unless the product is received within 30 days of the return authorization. Credit will be applied to customer’s credit/debit card. Wallcovering: only full uncut rolls will be considered for return and credit Textiles: under no circumstances will cuts of less than 10 yards be accepted for return
