Job Description: The Furniture Sales and Design Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and offering expert design advice to our customers. This role requires a passion for interior design, a deep understanding of furniture styles and trends, and a strong ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in the showroom and assist them in selecting furniture and home decor that fits their style, needs, and budget.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Stay up-to-date with current furniture trends, design techniques, and industry best practices.

• Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

• Prepare and present design proposals and quotations to customers, ensuring all their requirements are met.

• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

  Qualifications:

• Proven experience in furniture sales, interior design, or a related field is highly desirable.

• An understanding of interior design principles, furniture styles, and color theory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized service.

• Goal-oriented with a strong sales acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plus.
