Chatham Bars Inn knows that making your family and guests feel welcomed and comfortable is the key to having an enjoyable celebration. We go out of our way to help you bask in your once-in-a-lifetime moment.
Celebrate in one of our candlelit dining rooms with an elegant dinner or relax and mingle with friends & family in a more casual setting with a clambake at the Boathouse or Beach House Grill.
Our culinary team will work with you to create a wonderful dinner for family and friends. Rehearsal dinners may be held in the private dining areas of the Main Dining Room, the Chef’s Table, the Boathouse or the Beach House.

Tent Weddings Chatham Bars Inn Create your dream ocean side location on our pristine South Lawn. South Lawn tent weddings can accommodate 50-400 guests. Tent weddings packages are $350 per person for the Seated Wedding Package and $350 per person for the Stations Wedding package. Rental fee for the South Lawn is $5,000 per day. Two day minimum. On Site Coordinator required for tent weddings.
ROOM RENTAL FEES (Prices apply to a four hour rental) All dates are subject to availability and are only confirmed with a signed, executed contract and deposit in the amount of the room rental fee plus applicable tax. STARS The oceanfront Main Dining Room includes the Charles Hardy, Harbor View and Sea View Rooms. The minimum number of guests for a private event in the Main Dining Room is 125 the maximum is 250. Evening/Day Event - (April 1 – October 31)

Monomoy Ballroom is available for wedding ceremonies for a two-hour rental fee of $2,500 during the following months; January, February, March, April, July, August, and November. Additional hours may be accommodated at a cost of $1000 per hour. It is also available for after-parties until 1AM. There is a $3,000 food minimum for after parties and $1,000 rental fee.
BEACH HOUSE Located across Shore Road from the Main Inn, steps from the beach with fire pits and panoramic water views, The Beach House can accommodate private events for 75 to 175 guests. With an added bump out tent, the Beach House can accommodate up to 240 guests. May 1 – October 31
