EDUCATION SURVEY
Does a Christian education make a difference? Cardus is an independent think tank located in Canada. In 2011 Cardus partnered with The University of Notre Dame to administer the Cardus Education Survey (CES). This survey has created a benchmark for data on independent Christian education in North America. It measures graduate outcomes for protestant Christian schools compared to the same outcomes for catholic schools, public schools, and non-religious private schools. This survey was originally a two-year study with over five different research teams in multiple states. It included randomly selected student surveys of over 4000+ students and data from over 450+ schools. Parts of the original study continue to be updated in recent years with similar findings. Flip this over to see a few key findings from the survey. The entire study series can be found at cardus.ca/research/education/cardus-education-survey/.
