The Daniel 9 Project

The Daniel 9 Project Our goal - We wish to pray into action the spiritual warriors who will lead YHWH’s people back to Him in repentance, so that all Yisrael may be restored to YHWH and the Land. We purpose to praise YHWH for the great works He has done. We intend to ask for His mercy in judgment, and swiftness in deliverance of His people. We ask that He remember His covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; and that He not completely destroy those who love Him so that we may be a witness to the nations of YHWH’s power and redemption.

We purpose - To set aside part of every day to repent, intercede, pray, and meditate on these things, if but a few moments. We purpose to seek YHWH’s guidance and direction of His people, individually and as a whole, so that we may serve Him daily, and grow together as one people called by His name. We purpose to be a living light to those around us, leading by our humble but confidant example, so that others may see YHWH through us. We purpose to pass this project on to any and all that will join us- to light as many fires, and send up as many prayers as we can before YHWH comes, so that every knee will bow, and every tongue confess that YHWH is the only Elohim.

The Prayer – Is taken from the prophecies and declarations of Scripture itself. The passages are from Daniel 9, Hosea 14, Joel 2, 1 Chronicles 16, Exodus 15 and 32, and Revelation 15 and 22. This is a basic guideline, based on what YHWH told His people to pray, or was asked by those who interceded in the past for Yisrael. Add to it upon conviction or confirmation in your own conscience.

“I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem, all the day and all the night, continually, who are not silent. You who remember YHWH, give yourselves no rest, and give Him no rest till He establishes and till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.” Isaiah 62: 6-7

O YHWH, great and awesome El, guarding the covenant and the loving-commitment to those who love Him, and to those who keep His commands. O YHWH, to you is the righteousness, and to us the shame of face, as it is this day- to the men of Judah, to the inhabitants of Jerusalem and all Yisrael, those near and those far off in all the lands to which you have driven us, because of our trespass which we have trespassed against you. We have not obeyed the voice of YHWH our Elohim, to walk in His Torah, which He set before us through His servants the prophets. And all Yisrael have transgressed your Torah, and turned aside, so as not to obey your voice. So the curse and the oath written in the Torah of Moses the servant of Elohim have been poured out on us; and you have confirmed your words which you spoke against us and against our rulers who judged us, by bringing upon us great evil. For under all the heavens there has not been done like what is done to Jerusalem. For you, YHWH, are righteous in all the works which you have done, but we have not obeyed your voice. And now, O YHWH our Elohim, who brought your people out of the land of Mitsrayim with a strong hand, and made yourself a name as it is this dayaccording to all your righteousness, let your displeasure and wrath be turned away from your city Jerusalem, your set-apart mountain. For, because of our sins, and because of the sins of our fathers, Jerusalem and your people have become a reproach to all those around us. Now, our Elohim, cause your face to shine on your set-apart place; for we do not present our supplications before you because of our righteous deeds, but because of your great compassions. Take away all crookedness, and accept what is good, and we render to you the bulls of our lips. O YHWH, hear! O YHWH, forgive! O YHWH, listen and act! Do not delay for your own sake, my Elohim, for your city and your people are called by your name. Spare your people, O YHWH, and do not give your inheritance to reproach, for the nations to rule over us. Why should they say among the peoples, ‘Where is their Elohim?’ And let YHWH be jealous for His land, and spare His people. Turn from the heat of your wrath, and relent from this evil to your people. Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, your servants, to whom you swore by yourself, and said to them, ‘I increase your seed like the stars of the heavens. And all this land that I have spoken of I give to your seed, and they shall inherit it forever.’ Save us, O Elohim of our deliverance; and gather us together, and deliver us from the nations, to give thanks to your set-apart name, and boast in your praise. Blessed be YHWH Elohim of Yisrael from everlasting to everlasting! In the greatness of your excellence you pull down those who rise up against you. You send forth your wrath, consuming them like stubble. With your breath the waters are heaped up, the floods stand like a wall, the depths become stiff in the heart of the sea. Who is like you O YHWH, among the mighty ones? Who is like you, great in set-apartness, awesome in praises, working wonders? In your loving-commitment you lead the people whom you have redeemed; in your strength you guide us to your set-apart place. Great and marvelous are your works YHWH El Shaddai! Righteous and true are your ways, O Sovereign of the setapart ones! Who shall not fear you, O YHWH, and esteem your name? For you alone are kind. All nations shall come and worship before you, for your righteousnesses have been made manifest. You are righteous, O YHWH, the one who is, and who was, and who is to come! Come speedily Master, and bring peace to Jerusalem! Amen.
