Family Health Center provides urgent dental services to adult Medicaid patients. They also provide complete dental care to children who have Medicaid. Seniors age 60 or above with limited income who do not have dental insurance may qualify for dental services under their Senior Millage program. Portable Dentistry available at no cost to parents through public schools in Calhoun County.

A one-time registration fee is required in addition to the reasonable fee-for-service rates.

Box 2050 Phone (269)969-0974 www.swmrf.org The purpose of the Southwest Michigan Rehab Foundation (SWMRF) is to provide financial assistance for ill or disabled persons living within the general service area of Battle Creek, who do not have insurance, cannot acquire aid from other public programs or are otherwise unable to afford medical or adaptive equipment, supplies, and specific services such as driver’s evaluation and training. Patients are referred to resources within the community for glasses or hearing aids. Limited funds for free vision and hearing screenings for seniors and for glasses and hearing aids. Seniors must live in Calhoun County, be at or below 150% of poverty level, age 60 or older with no vision or hearing insurance. Medicaid patients can see their doctor and bring in their prescription for assistance in obtaining glasses. Call for an appointment.
