Systematic review and meta analysis research

This is a solution of Systematic Review And Meta Analysis Research in which we discuss SYSTEMATIC REVIEW AND META ANALYSIS.

Introduction of Systematic Review and Meta Analysis Research A stroke is a disability that turns into long term disease with physical impairments like walking and moving. The physical therapies needed for the over ground training is made for the chronic stroke patients in almost every relevant organization behavior. There is a difference between the stroke patients and the chronic stroke patients because the former can be attacked with sudden heart attack whereas the chronic stroke patients have a vast health history behind (Arya, 2013). Traditionally treadmill training was used by the health care specialists to check the heart rate of the patients but later it was observed that it was causing harm to the individuals. The over ground gait training is referred to the observations of the physical therapists. It involves setting up the pattern of treatments made to rectify the walking pattern with the help of some of the benefitting exercises. Systematic Review And Meta Analysis Research is advisable that high technology aids are not used for the medical activities which include the electrical stimulation (Berry, 2009). In this paper we would be reviewing the implications related to over ground gait training and the related strategies to it which lays a direct effect on the activities of the patient. The acquirement of ultimate recovery with the over ground training as compared to the treadmill treatments is mentioned in this paper. The gait strategies along with the traditional techniques are discussed in these projects which have been used by the practitioners to maintain the walking ability of the physically impaired persons due to chronic heart stroke disease (Bettany-Saltikov, 2012).

1.1 Research Aim of Systematic Review and Meta Analysis Research: The aim of the research is to assess the effects of over ground training as compared to trade mill for chronic stroke patients with mobility deficits. Other than that the research would be finding the different defects in the issues of mobility for the heart stroke patients and the quotient of improvement acquired through treadmill.

1.2 Research objective:

To assess the impact of treadmill training on the chronic stroke patients To analyse the comparative improvement of over ground training to treadmill training To find out the limitations with the physical and medical treatments given to the chronic heart stroke patients To find out the future prospects for the treatment needed to improve the mobility deficits in heart stroke patients

1.3 Research Questions: 

Q.1 What is the impact of treadmill training on the chronic stroke patients?

Q.2 What is the grade of improvement developed in over ground training as compared to the treadmill training?

Q.3 What are the limitations of the physical and medical treatments given to the chronic heart stroke patients?

Q.4 What are the future prospects in the medical treatments to improve the mobility deficits in the heart stroke patients?

1.4 Research Rationale: What is the research issue? The meta analysis have proved that the physical therapies need to be supported with certain ethics and conducts that help in the smooth running of the therapy. Bryman (2008) stressed upon the interventions to be quite effective in the improvement of the functional activities in a person. These interventions are the impairment level. For instance the strength in the limbs, aerobics and the management program for the toning process are some of the examples. Treadmill training includes the physical practices with the heavy electrical equipments. On the other hand over ground training includes the training of the people suffering from chronic heart stroke without any inclusion of heavy body weight support. It is an issue because stroke in a person leads to muscle weaknesses, pain and imbalance in the mobility activities (Bonnyaud et al. 2013).

Why it is an issue? The number of people suffering from stroke is increasing in almost every country. The stroke survivors mostly suffer from heart diseases and walking disability. The rehabilitation issue for such persons is done in quite a less amount by the concerned bodies. The inclusion of the heavy body weights is an issue because it may have positive as well as negative effects on the well being of the stroke patients. The use of the treadmill training is being done for formal treatments rather than improvising the possible efforts to speed up the walking. In the past years it has been

observed that medical practitioners have been experimenting on the different approaches for the stroke patients dealing with the physical impairments (Buster, 2010). There is no permanent decision taken to decide on the best step among the several approaches till now.

Why it is an issue now? In the neurophysiologic the physical activity acts as a remedy to the physically impaired persons. The treadmill training is equipped with heavy weights which are not being supported by the physically impaired persons. The people not receiving training with the heavy weights are seen to be improving at a high speed with the help of the over ground training. It is issue now because the dilemma regarding practicing the treadmill training and the over ground training is running in the minds of the patients and the the rapists. According to Crossan (2003) it is difficult to provide one to one training to the patients which are resulting in less information about the difficulties being faced by the people. Along with that the cost efficiency of the equipments purchased by the health care centers is an issue of concern in the present time for the therapists. The implications of the cost bearing can be an issue for the hospital authorities as well as for the people in the personal residential homes undergoing the treatments.

What could this research shed light on? There is a difference between the normal physical exercises which are performed at home and the gyms with the therapies performed by any therapists with the help of the gym equipments (Coughlan et al. 2013). The project would shed light on the intensity of the impairments and its affect on the professional life of an individual. The quality of the treadmill training along with the over ground training will be discussed in this project. The therapists who are applying different strategies to bring improvements in the walking immobility will be critically analyzed and the limitations to their medical practices will be highlighted. The use of class therapy and art therapy will be focused that would put the stress on the needed relation between the clients and the practitioners.
