1/2 cup unsalted butter 3/4 cup dark brown sugar 3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 bag semisweet chocolate chips, or chunks 2/4 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation Time Ready in 25 minutes
Preparation 1. Uniformly position 2 racks amidst the oven and preheat to 375 degrees F. Line 2 heating sheets with material paper or silicone sheets. 2. Put the butter in a microwave safe bowl, cover and microwave on medium power until melt. Whisk the sugars, eggs, margarine and vanilla in a substantial bowl until smooth.
3. Whisk the flour, soda and salt in another bowl. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients with a spoon; Blend in the chocolate chips or pieces. 4. Now with Wet hands somewhat and fold the batter into balls. Space the treats around 2-inches separated on the container. bake until golden. 5. Now your cookies ready to serve.
Tips Store cookies in a tightly sealed container for up to 5 days.
