Yes Chef Magazine , formerly Chef Magazine

Yes Chef Magazine content is usually driven by Chef Interviews and Industry news and celebration of the amazing hospitality Industry. I have decided to alter the content in this issue to recognise the really difficult times the coronavirus has imposed on the whole Industry. Paulo De Tarso has written a great article about his life in the Industry and explains how difficult it was for him to have to close his beloved Margot Restaurant because of lockdown restrictions. He, of course, is looking forward to open again as soon as he is able, once the lockdown restrictions allow, as I hope all the great restaurants throughout the Uk will also be doing. This is a very difficult time for the restaurant industry but I know that Chefs are driven and they will be back stronger and even more committed to making sure we can all enjoy the food you create I have also spoken with Simon Boyle about how his continued commitment to the industry in helping those that are in need of help the most Please enjoy

Paulo de Tarso and Heidi J Hamman Interviewed about life in the hospitality Industry

I don’t mention the early part of my journey into the amazing hospitality industry often, partly because it’s almost out of sequence with the rest of my steps, but mostly because it’s tangled in a part of my memory of leaving home for the first time, being in a new country, feeling alone and completely uncertain where life would take me. Strangely similar to how we are all feeling now in this new “normal” and wondering when we will find our footing.
