Introduction • Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) is the public service commission for the state of Uttarakhand. The concerned conducting body is responsible for organizing state-level civil service exams. UKPSC Exam Eligibility Criteria • EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION • For a start, the applicant should have a Bachelor’s degree in any domain from a recognized institute/university. • Additionally, for two specific posts like the Sahayak Nagar Niyojak post and the District information officer/Feature writer, the educational qualification varies. • For, the Sahayak Nagar Niyojak Project candidates who have a postgraduation diploma in town planning/architecture can apply. • Also, Hindi graduates students can apply for the post of District Information Officer. • NATIONALITY • Specifically, in terms of nationality, there’s nothing much mentioned. Its just concluded that the candidate needs to be a citizen of India, for instance. However, other physical standards are a mandate for different posts. UKPSC Exam Syllabus • General Studies 1 : • Indian Heritage and Culture, History and Geography of the World and Society • General Studies 2: • Governance, Constitution, Polity, Social Justice and International Relations • General Studies 3: • Technology, Economic Development, Boo-Diversity, Environment, Security and Disaster Management • General Studies 4: • Ethics, Integrity, and Aptitude • In other words, candidates need to have a good grasp over the syllabus specifically. UKPSC Exam Pattern • In the first place, applicants need to understand the exam pattern. How to Check the UKPSC Exam Result? • Visit the official website once the results are declared. • Scroll down to the “Results” section of the page. • You will be redirected to a new page.Then check for the name of the link of the exam you have appeared for. • After clicking on the link ,the applicants need to fill in their roll no,venue,date of birth etc. • Lastly, click on the “Submit” button. • If the results have been declared, it will appear on the tab you have opened. • Get the pdf here. • If you are chosen, your roll number will be listed on the pdf.
How To Apply? • In the first place, applicants need to visit the official website http://ukpsc.gov.in/ • Furthermore, the candidates are required to fill in their details. • In addition to this, fill in the details like name, date of birth, parent’s name, Aadhar number, email-id, class X &XII results, and other information. • Moreover after successful registration, on the email provided candidates would receive their login details. • Also, applicants would be receiving the credentials on their registered mobile number along with an OTP. • Moreover, details need to be kept for future reference. Important FAQ 1. What is the application fee for the UKPSC exam? In the first place, candidates need to know, the application fee is different for General and reserved categories.
