But why... If you’ve ever been struck by a good idea in the shower, while waiting on an airport runway, or sitting on a train you know that our best thoughts can take shape when we’re in a state of transition. There are multiple reasons for this. For one, being in dynamic “journey” mode means more opportunities. When we’re on the move, we’re more likely to have chance encounters and when those things happen, it sparks our creativity. Often, just changing our perspective helps us to think differently. Support spaces help to give employees the opportunity to move around the workplace, to experience this state of transition, and to be immersed in different atmospheres to keep them stimulated physically and mentally. We also take into account the transition spaces within the office, every square foot is an opportunity for us to spark creativity and inspire a thought in workers.
