Entrance to the Festival Village is free; buy tickets for the individual events you wish to see.
Getting to the Festival
Cheltenham is easily accessible from all over the UK, by road and rail. Most events take place on the main Festival site, located in central Cheltenham on Montpellier Gardens (GL50 1UW). Other venues are within walking distance. For more information on getting to the Festival or accessibility, visit cheltenhamfestivals. com/your-visit
Family Events
For safety, children 11 years and under must be accompanied by a ticket holder aged 16 or over. Everyone over the age of 12 months requires a ticket, babies in arms (12 months and under) do not require a ticket unless stated.

Sensory Aids
A series of items to support the Festival experience for children and adults with autism and sensory processing disorders are available to borrow at our on-site Box Office on a first-come, first-served basis.

Filming, audio recording and photography is not permitted during events. Visitors to the Festival may be filmed and/or photographed for future promotions.

Booking fees apply to all bookings and are charged per order. Fees are £3 online and over the phone, and £1.50 in person.

Please be aware that there is some restricted view seating in the Big Top.
Price Band D seats have restricted view of the stage due to the placement of tent scaffolding pillars.
Price Band C seats may also have partial restrictions due to venue’s seating layout, scaffolding pillars, and handrails. This can vary between seats in this price band; consider this when choosing tickets.
