Degreaser

DGR/ Finixa waterbased degreaser Finixa DGR 05/25 is a solvent free, waterbased cleaner. Can be used to remove dirt, dust, swarf and to degrease all kinds of surfaces such as old paint layers, transport primer, other primers, metal (steel, but also aluminum and galvanized pieces) and plastic. To remove rests of tar or glue we recommend to use a solvent-based degreaser, or use DGR in combination with SBR, but for all other pollution (fly, dirt, sanding dust, fat, finger prints, swarf, …) this waterbased cleaner offers a lot of advantages compared with the solventbased versions:

This polishing pad is unique because of it’s his flexibility: when polishing flat, you use the entire surface of the polishing pad just like other polishing pads (diameter 145mm). But with this pad you can also easily polish over edges and even polish at an angle which makes it possible to put locally and temporarily more pressure on the surface while the polishing pad itself stays flat.

Can be used for different applications: removing dust, polishing spray zones, polishing contamination after sanding, bringing back gloss on old, mat paints, refurbishing headlights. The polishing paste POL 10 can be combined with all kind of Polishing machines, but we recommend to use the POL 55: this 800W robust Finixa polishing machine can be adjusted continuously from 700 to 2500 rpm and is fitted with a unique flexible support for the foam following the contours of the surface that need to be polished. If necessary you can polish eccentrically with this machine (placing the black foam pad eccentrically on the support pad makes getting rid of holograms an easy job) or you can use only the side of the foam to create a “blending” effect.
