FRAME STRUCTURE Use high compressed paper to interlude each other to make the form of frame, which will be test with stress analysis to make it bear stress.
The pattern of war changes quickly due to the rapid development of society and tech. It can be predicted that the future war will be efficiency and complex. Unmanned weapon will be popular and there will be less death. However, lethality of weapon will be high and strategic meaning will be important.
Military vehicle plays a vital part in war. It can be modified to save the hurt soldier and to carry supplies. Besides, it help soilders cross the battlefield efficiency to play fighting capacity. Generally, military vehicle is the blood corpuscle of war and provide entelechy.
By reading the stimulation graphic in X-Flow, we can judge the aerodynamic performance of the car and do some revise. First, we can move the cabin down and smooth the lid of the engine cabin. Then, though changing the angle of the front and back window, the airflow separation can be delyed. Besides, the four corner of the car need to be smooth.
The inner plate set the assembly position of hinge, lock, limiter, lifter, interior plate, rearview mirror and audio. And it has the leaking hole, assembling via hole and location hole. The plate use the Reference Point System which is designed by Volkswagen to insure the accuracy of assemble.
Honda and Shell hold the eco-power car racing in China and Asia annually and EcoPower Club of Beijing Institute of Technology is a team which consist of students to design and built cars to join these game. BITEPC is such a great team in China whose age is 10 years and has won many awards. And I am the designer of it in the year 2015-16.
We use 3D print tech to convey the shape and doing the water tunnel experiment. And using carbon fiber cloth and aluminum honeycomb panel to make bearing body of the vehicle. Then, we test our cars in the playground of our college and the testing will last around 50 days. Then we go to join the competition in March and Octorber.
