Personal information About myself

About me I’m Yang Shi-Shin ( Jason Lim ). I was born in Taiwan and I’m 23 years old. I have two names; because my father is a Pilipinong Chinese.Now’ I’m studying at the fifth year of Architecture Department in Tamkung University. When the summer & winter vacation, I always have to go to working in some comprehensive community development workshop.So I learning a lot of hand make skill not only make model,but also make metalworking and carpenty.

THE VIRUS SPACE

We try to let EA1’s student use Rhino to design some unit, then unit will link each other to be the middle links type. The middle type will be more bigger and bigger from the types combination.

At last, we use big type to assemble to be a architecture space object. Then we use vibratory knife cutting machine to make the object model.

At first step , I’m choose a virus and investigation virus’s evolution.Then choose four type of virus to study. I think these virus type relate to the three dimensional. The first one looks like a “point”,the second one looks like the points start to assemble together, the third one looks like the “line”, the last one is ”mutation”. So my concept is study virus evolution and transform to architecture space. At last I will design an organic “inorganic compound”.

At first step , I’m focus on “What is the local mans lifestyle ?” Then, I found some special in this area.Their Space is like a sponge, in the diffrent time these spaces will be diverge or shrink. 量體形成的連續性框架

So when I doing after this idea, I’m try to let this community service center can plus in the city.The architecture will be the important point at this area.It didnt is just for local man, it also can let the other people who didn’t live in this area ether have same choice to use. To let the old century and the young century’s life have more and more intercection.

The architecture design technique is start from the area. At first, I let layer become a plane, and I use programs to cut the plane.

After the cut, I’ put down the other layer to be a plaza and raise the programs space up.

Architecture have two traffic flow to let people walk in the space. The biggest traffic flow is tgo to the plaza then go to the other space, this traffic flow is prefer to local people. The second is for everybody.

I try to study the base, then use the study to find a great plan to let this base will not be a lake. To the plan I found some people lifestyle at this area, so when I need todesign the door or window for the architecture I can choose the bast plan to let people life will be more confortable.

When the two class have same class, we can open the wall to let two classroom connect !

Team teaching is a great idea to let children and teacher to study each others good. So I think Team teaching is a good chose to use in this elementary school.

This design is from some architecture’s special construct glossary. In this area I found people who lives at here, they have same behavior pattern. Their same pattern is begins at a lot of house also use a big stairs to link spaces.

So I use the same design pattern to save their life styles,and also try a big challenge. I let the classroom and the other space units to connect by big stairs system, and the I’m try to let the school to be a mixing type in a big cube.
