LINCOLN BOULEVARD DESIGN GUIDELINES

Project Description The approximately 130-acre property is located on N/ Lincoln Boulevard just south of Interstate 44 in North East Oklahoma City. In order to create a consistent standard of high quality throughout the development. These guidelines address site planning, architecture and landscape architecture. In addition, the guidelines provide a framework that encourages creativity and diversity within a consistent pallet that ensures the overall integrity and quality of design. The goal is for a high quality development that enhances the community and creates long-term value. My responsibility is doing the master plan, creating analytical graphics, sections and layouts of main roads, and designing the details of every landscape node by building sketchup models and doing the rendering.

PERSPECTIVES Town Center Promenade Boulevard Central Park The promenade includes water fountains, public art, specialty lighting and site furnishings that are unique to the town center. Pedestrians can stroll the length of the promenade under the canopy of shade trees while enjoying the activity of the adjacent storefronts.

Riverside Playground Park The riverside playground includes a main entrance plaza with signage, shade structures, a splash pad, natural climbing features and a playground with equipment for all ages. The Riverside commons is a large open grassy area adaptable to many types of activities including festivals, concerts and fieldsports.

5

Grand Stairway Fountain & Sculpture Placed on axis with the town center street grid, it is an architectonic feature that rises 30 feet along the existing hillside, with one staircase on each side of a terraced waterfall. At the top of the staircase is a large sculpture and overlook. The sculpture will be lit at night and seen as a landmark for the development.

Community Park

Terraced Water Park

The park consist with a big open lawn and native grasses and herbs planted around the lawn. it serves as a sunshine bathing, multi-fnctional space, which can be a amphitheatre, fare, soccer field and so on.

The pond is regenerated by planting with plenty of aquatic plants. The terraced stream goes downhill with rocks and grasses dotted at the bank. People can get involved in the natural event through bridges upper above the stream.

FAIR PARK CONCEPTUAL PLANNING AND DESIGN [Children's Park Planning and Design] Dallas, Texas Professional / Team Work Apr. 2017

MASTER PLAN

7

Project Description The Dallas Community and the surrounding neighborhood residents have been promised an improved Fair Park - with green spaces and elements free and accessible. There are 7 key strategies. (1) Develop master plan with green spaces. (2) Create new uses for buildings and park spaces to enhance the year-round, free, public experience. (3) Work with the community. (4) Preserve historic treasures by fixing and maintaining property. (5) Attract more people through marketing. (6) Improve transportation and accessibility. (7) Continue improving through master planning. My responsibility is mainly building sketchup model and doing the rendering which includes designing every detail in the the park. Then I put it in the lumion to do the rendering.

PERSPECTIVES Full View of Fair Park

Water Works Area

The park provides abundant activities for children and adults, including kid's playground, central plaza, observation tower, dining, resting area, food trucks.

Decorated with a ring of fountains which is the iconic and central view in the park. People can have unforgetable experience when walking inside the fountains.

Adventure Land

Kids' Place

This is a major kids activity area providing various of activities, like climbing tower, terraced lands, small facilities, in which children and adults can both have fun.

This is another major area for kids playing, which includes slides, tree houses, swings, and climbing towers- actually can be accessed by the disabled.
