THE SLO RATTLERS HAVE FOUR PLAYERS ON THE CCL ALL-LEAGUE TEAM Michael Nielebeck made the first team San Luis Obispo, CA (August 2, 2010) – The SLO Rattlers played four players on the California Colligate League All-League Team. Three of the players are pitchers and the other player is an infielder. The Rattlers have one on the first team, one on the second team, and two on the third team. They have two relief pitchers, one starting pitcher, and one first baseman. The SLO Rattlers had one player from a community college, one from a NAIA school, and two from Division I schools. The SLO Rattlers players on the CCL All-League Team are Michael Nielebeck, Richie Mirowski, Joe Etcheverry, and Marc Damon. Michael Nielebeck made the first team as one of the three relief pitchers. He is the only player on the All-League team from Cuesta College. Richie Mirowksi is one of the four starting pitchers on the second team. He is the only Rattlers pitcher to make the All-League as a starting pitcher. Michael Nielebeck His college teammate, Ryan Plum, from Oklahoma Baptist also made the All-League team as a starting pitcher on the second team. They both were CCL All-Stars and the only two NAIA players in the CCL All-Stars. Joe Etcheverry made the third team as one of the two first basemen. He is the only player from Northern Illinois University and the only Rattlers first baseman to make the All-League Team. He also made the CCL All-Star. Marc Damon is one of the two relief pitchers to make the third team. He is the only player from Texas A&M – Corpus Christi to make the All-Star Team.
