THE SAN LUIS OBISPO RATTLER’S BASEBALL SEASON STARTS TOMORROW Thirty-six players are part of the Rattlers 4th season as a college summer baseball team. San Luis Obispo, CA May 31, 2010 - The 4th season for the San Luis Obispo Rattlers Baseball is about to begin. Opening night is Tuesday, June 1 at 7:30 p.m. against the Cal Poly Club Baseball team at Sincheimer Stadium. The SLO Rattlers are a college summer baseball team and for the 3rd season are part of the California Colligate League. Many of the SLO Rattlers players are local products by either playing high school or college baseball on the central coast. Other players' hometowns are as far away as Alaska, Arizona, Idaho, Minnesota, Missouri, and Texas. Some of the players have gone to college as far away as Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, New York, Oklahoma, and Texas. Tickets are only $5 each for fans 16 and over and children 15 and under are free, so bring your whole family and come support the SLO Rattlers.
