You work with photographer and producer Seth Komito a lot, and he recently wrote in an Instagram post “Texas Dela Rosa is and forever will be my right hand. There will never be another professional make-up artist that will have my creative trust. Born a creator, will die a creator. There has never been another artist I truly trusted. So, to the world: if you hire me, you hire him”. These are pretty strong feelings and words; this kind of commitment and respect must just blow you away?

I met Seth a while ago whilst bartending, as one of my DJ friends knew him, so we did meet briefly but never worked together until recently. I let him take my photos for a shoot, and the thing you need to know is I don’t like having my pictures taken, but I trust Seth and I think his work is amazing. All of his pictures tell a story, and I completely trust him. He is amazing. So for him to say what he did, was literally one of the nicest things that anyone has ever said about me with any job that I have done, I was completely blown away by that because it shows his trust in me, it’s an amazing thing to have someone believe in me so much. He is like family, and we mesh well together.
