Boston International strives to ship orders as complete as possible. We work with many different manufacturers and are constantly receiving shipments from different countries. If you buy products from more than one of our suppliers, we may ship them separately.

SALES POLICIES New Accounts: Credit card with a signed authorization form only. We do not accept c.o.d. orders. There is no minimum on orders or reorders. Buy what you need! Establishing Open Accounts: Please supply at least three trade references and one bank reference with complete address and account number plus your re-sale number. If you do not supply us with this information, your account will remain on a credit card or pro forma basis. Open Account Terms: Net/30 days. 1.5 % interest will be charged on all balances over 30 days.

Any cancellation of back orders must be received no later than 10 days after the invoice date. Back orders under $50 may automatically be cancelled. If you wish to have specific terms for your account, please call customer service.

CLAIMS Freight claims must be filed with the delivering carrier on merchandise damaged in transit. Claims for shortages or damages must be filed within five days of receipt of goods.
